A kitchenette including a sink and bar fridge is handy for entertaining in the large neat back yard with outdoor setting and barbecue.

Upstairs has been designed to capture the view from all areas with a fully equipped kitchen looking out to Victor Harbor. The dining area with large windows and sliding doors opens to one of the private balconies with outdoor seating. The main living area with sliding doors opens to a second balcony with outdoor seating while the perfect reading nook is a separate area also opening to the balcony.

Master bedroom with king bed has a two-way access to the main bathroom and sliding doors to the private balcony.
The second bedroom has a queen bed also with access to the private balcony.
