Heron Marsh Villa 110 - This updated villa in Heron Marsh at Litchfield By The Sea has an amazing view over the salt marsh in Litchfield and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sundeck with new outdoor furniture. Bed sizes are I King, Queen, 1 Single and Sleeper sofa (Queen). Enjoy new furnishings throughout, granite countertops in kitchen and stainless appliances and overlooks the marsh and is a short walking distance to the beach. The main level has the living area with a vaulted ceiling and glass doors that open to a sundeck overlooking the marsh. The dining area seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4. The dining area also has a marsh view and is open to the kitchen. The main floor also features one bedroom and a full bath. This bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Single beds, and the Sleeper Sofa is in the living area. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs and there is an enlarged full bathroom with double sinks. Bed size upstairs is a King, and the laundry room is upstairs with Washer/Dryer. 1 covered parking spot and unassigned guest spots near the condo.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
