Beautifully decorated with attention to detail and diversity of materials such as hardwoods, slate, travertine and granite, this luxury, elevator and stair accessed 3rd floor condo has stunning views of Payette Lake, Brundage ski resort and local life from every window and room with downtown convenience!

Walk right out your door into the heart of all the action. Located steps away from McCall’s best public beach, fine dining, brewery’s, coffee shops, parks, the McCall Marina and the Manchester Ice Centre you are within walking distance of everything you’ll need during your stay.

An open floor plan with plenty of natural light and balcony access off the master Suite and living room. Cook up something special on the gas grill and gather in the dining and living areas with plenty of seating for everyone. Relax and enjoy by the fireplace and with the beautiful lake view. The kitchen is fully stocked including stainless steel appliances and plenty of elbow room.

Games, books and movies to keep the kids (young and old) occupied on a rainy or snowy day. Satellite, wireless DSL/WiFi, DVD players, Bose Bluetooth speaker and a TV in every room.

The 3 bedroom plus bunk room, two bath home sleeps 10 people. Bedrooms #1 and #2 have queen sized beds. The Master Suite has a queen size bed and queen sofa sleeper with an elegantly appointed attached bath with jetted tub and a walk in shower. Located in the Master Suite is a separate bunk room (with door) that has a twin over full size bunk.

There is parking in front of the building for one vehicle. There is additional public parking across the street (if season allows it). Please note guests are responsible for reading signs regarding parking allowances on streets and in parking lots throughout McCall. Unwind at one of McCall’s local spas or rent a bike or seasonal gear across the street at Hometown Sports. You are a ten minute bike ride over to Ponderosa Park where you can enjoy trail riding, hiking or beach access. McCall now offers zip lining a short drive away and of course, you must visit the hot springs so bring a swim suit!

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay at the Lakeview Penthouse :). The penthouse was so cute and cozy and had beautiful views of the lake! The location was perfect as well and we were able to walk everywhere downtown. I would highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to stay somewhere downtown McCall with a view of the lake and very comfortable and nice accommodations.

Lovely property

We have stayed at this property many times since our now adult children were toddlers. It has everything you need for all ages. It is very cozy and feels like home. It is located perfectly and close to everything you need in town. Thank you for another wonderful stay for our family.

Summer 2024 Family Vacation

Family Reunion

The Lakeview Penthouse was absolutely lovely. Location was fantastic for us! Centrally located for various activities on the lake, and meeting up with other family members who were nearby. Hiking, swimming, renting bikes and Kayaks all right in town. The penthouse was spacious and Very clean! well equipped with kitchen utensils, beach chairs and towels. Dawn is a fabulous host. I appreciated everything was well communicated for arrival and departure. We will definitely be back; hopefully next summer! Thank you Dawn

Family Getaway

This condo was great for our family during our stay in McCall during the winter carnival! We were able to walk right from the condo to all the events and the kids loved being able to watch the fireworks from the balcony! The area was spaceous and enough for us all to relax.

The best rental for a family!!

We had the best time at this place! The house is amazing in all ways. It was the perfect location close to the water and all our favorite restaurants. It was so clean and organized. I loved that the kitchen was stocked with so many supplies. Had plenty of room for my family, my kids loved the bunk bed room! We loved looking out the kitchen window and seeing the ice cream alley line. We can’t wait to come back to this amazing location!!

Lake view penthouse

This is truly a wonderful property: beautiful view of the lake, sparkling clean, nicely furnished, perfect location. Yes, perfect location. We walked to a different restaurant each day. So many choices — and all within walking distance. The kitchen was better equipped than my own. Heating cooling system worked great; we used both as the weather was changeable. Cable TV and internet worked perfectly. Hated to leave. Will definitely come back. Thank you for creating the perfect vacation home….

Wonderful Stay in Downtown McCall

Our stay was wonderful. The property was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone’s comfort. The downtown location was close to everything and the views of Payette Lake were wonderful to wake up to every morning. We definitely will be staying here again!

FIVE STARS!

Its not often you come to an outdoorsy town and find yourself wanting to stay inside...but the penthouse totally tempts you! Stunning views from all sides (sunsets/sunrises) yet located right in the middle of "downtown" McCall. Walk to coffee, breweries, pizza, sushi, shopping, groceries, as well as the marina and the lake. Comfortable, upscale, lodge-type furnishings & literally anything and everything you need to make your own meals. Lots of parking and never heard a peep out of anyone else in the building during our stay. Great owners who reached out before we came and so accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful experience, period.

Communication with the owners to set up the rental was supremely easy. The condo was immaculate with wonderful views and the location was great. I was here with my granddaughter and her mother for the figure skating competition and we could walk to the ice arena, restaurants, shops, everything. We had a great time in McCall, very friendly place. Highly recommend both the condo and McCall in general.

Todd and Dawn are the new owners of the Lakeview Penthouse. Their enjoyment for outdoors and flying brought them to McCall where they fell in love with the people and town. Todd is an electrical contractor and Dawn is a physical therapist. They have 5 children and a beautiful German Shepherd that loves to travel with them everywhere.
