Located in the historic village of Clinton.This one of a kind 1892 Arts and Crafts Victorian has 3bedrooms and 2.5baths. Built by a Hamilton College professor the house is perfect for entertaining and gathering guests. The front porch decorated with twinkly lights and comfortable antique wicker furniture, is perfect for relaxing on College Street. The back deck overlooks over an acre of yard complete with an antique barn and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Onebedroom has a queen bed, 2ndbedroom has 2 twin beds and 3rdbedroom has a queen bed.Sleeps 6. Walking distance to Village Green.

Perfect location in a beautiful town

Wedding weekend

We traveled to the area for a family wedding. This house was perfect for my husband , my son, daughter-in-law, grand daughter and myself. This house has loads of charm, comfort front and back porches, great kitchen and a huge yard with fire pit. It is within walking distance of the charming village of Clinton. The owners added special touches that made our visit even more enjoyable. A great house in a fantastic location!!

Stay in Clinton 1892 Victorian House

House was amazing, staying in this house was like watching HGTV real time. Had its quirks but to be expected for a house this house. Was perfect for my family and the back porch and backyard were a big bonus. Grandkid had a place to run and play. Owner was great, communication was open throughout the whole process. First time VRBO renter but will definitely do it again.
