About this property

Ski-in across the street to this well-appointed Maroon Greens Town Home. The lovely interiors are
accented with wonderful art & warm rugs. The views are of Maroon Creek Golf Course, to Red Mountain
& across the valley down toward Aspen. Drive right into the heated parking space that includes a two
car garage as well as three guest spaces. Off of the spacious great room there is an outdoor area and a
large dining area that seats 10. The fully equipped cook’s kitchen has seating at the island for informal
dining. The entire home is serviced by an elevator for bringing in the luggage or groceries. There are
smart TV’s throughout the home. You can walk to the Aspen Recreation Center & bus stop or walk down
the street to the Tiehack lift, bike the entire area of bike trails or hike Buttermilk Mountain trails. The
entire house is air-conditioned. King/King/Queen/Twin & twin Trundle.
Long term rental available for 30 days minimum. Starting in January this property will be available for long term rentals starting at 30k month plus utilities.
