Attractive 4 bedroom cottage with direct lake frontage and own jetty.

Can accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably in a superb, well-maintained Family home with all modern conveniences.

UPSTAIRS:
Master bedroom - 3 windows, with views in 3 directions, plus drapes for a good nights' sleep and a most comfortable, Queen-sized bed.
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, with charming quilts,
Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds, (as above).

DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 4: Queen bed and 2 bunk beds, (quite wide). Great family room.

Kitchen: Serving bench, electric oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwashing machine, pantry, fridge/freezer. It's fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, and serving utensils.

Laundry: Washing machine, ironing table, vacuum etc.

TV & Sky free channels.

Excellent for those who enjoy the outdoors: visiting surrounding lakes & scenic attractions: geysers, mud baths, hot pools, Maori hāngi, Redwood forest, Kiwi hatchery, mountain climbing, rapids, speed boats, heli rides, BBQs on the front veranda, hikes through natural bush such as 'Hongi's Track' - to name but a few.

Currently guests will need to bring their own bedding. We do have towels, guests need to consider what time they are leaving and if they are going to be clean and dry in time? Hence, it's recommended to bring your own.

Why they chose this property

We particularly love the sound of the water, birds and cicadas as we relax there with good friends, food and books. Plus the stunning natural bush 3-4 mins drive at 'Hinehopu' (the end of the lake), are beguiling and uplifting to walk through (i.e Hongis Track which connects Lake Rotoiti with Lake Rotoehu.
