This recently renovated late mid-century modern house has recently been upgraded and fenced for complete privacy. Mature plants mixed with new ones, towering Palm Trees, a huge wrap-around lot featuring a pool, spa, water features in both the front and back yards, a fire pit, two hole putting green and outdoor bar make this property shine. Located just five minutes from the airport, and five minutes to downtown Palm Springs shopping and restaurants, you'll find this is the perfect place to escape while being close enough to it all.

The lounge room, doubling e as a 4th bedroom, offers a full-sized murphy bed and bath making this room a fun pool-side escape. Each of the three formal bedrooms, as well as the main area of the home has it's own flatscreen television. The kitchen has been updated with new flooring, cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

THE LIVING SPACES
The open concept floor plan, dramatic high ceilings and huge sliding windows provide the perfect place for gathering as a group with an indoor/outdoor vibe. The spacious layout of the living area also includes interior dining for six. If there is an entertainer in your crowd, have the play a tune on the grand piano located in the living room as you get ready for your sit down dinner.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The three bedroom suites feature hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, direct access to the front and back yards, and individual flat screen televisions. The primary bedroom, has a king-sized bed, and an en suite updated master bath. The other guest bedrooms have mountain views and dual access to the hallway bath with walk-in shower. The fourth suite has a full-size murphy bed with direct pool and patio access and it's own bathroom with walk-in shower. All four sleeping areas are spacious and handsomely furnished, giving each its own individual style and appeal.

THE BACKYARD
The windows and sliders along the entire back of the house reveal the gorgeous resort-style pool yard lined with mature palm trees and lush landscaping. The backyard oasis offers a water feature, pool, spa, fire pit and barbecue area. You’ll find that the owners have thought of everything.

Sip your favorite drink poolside or at the outdoor pool bar. Spend leisurely afternoons on your poolside chaise loungers and evenings under the stars. 21 Palms is a very private paradise with all the conveniences of home.

Oasis in the desert

Beautiful property with wonderful hosts. The kitchen is very well equipped. Furnishings are top shelf. The pool area is terrific - we had to force ourselves to leave and explore Palm Springs.

Resort Style Oasis

Fabulous stay at this vacation rental. It really felt like our own little resort. The inside was beautifully decorated and the layout had great flow and functionality. The kitchen had everything for cooking gourmet meals including spices, olive oil, appliances, quality pots/pans and tableware. Outside was full of different areas that provided lots of space and several seating options, including the spacious pool and hot tub. The location was perfect - close to downtown, airport, grocery store with quiet, walkable neighborhood. Communication with the host from the time of booking to checkout was quick, thorough and service oriented. Thanks for sharing your amazing place - we loved our Palm Springs vacation at your place!

Awesome pool space

We loved our stay. The home was very nice. The yard and pool area were amazing! It was like being in our own private resort. Very high-end, well-manicured vibe. Kitchen was well stocked. Property team was great too. We'd consider going back. It is near airport so you do get some regular plane noise, but it wasn't something that overshadowed the great experience.

Perfect Girlfriend’s Getaway

Even before we arrived in Palm Springs we had great communication with the property manager, Steve. The house was gorgeous, light and spacious and very clean. The backyard was even larger than it looks in photos. The location is excellent — a few minutes to downtown with its wonderful shops and restaurants. We enjoyed using the hot tub and pool every morning and sitting outside around the fire pit in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and there is a television in every bedroom as well as a big screen tv with a zillion cable channels in the living room. Truly, this place has everything you need for a wonderful Palm Springs home base. We had a couple of minor issues with dirt and dust on the outdoor furniture and this was dealt with swiftly and kindly by the property manager. I definitely recommend this house for a Palm Springs getaway!

Great place to relax and enjoy a weekend

The place is nicely designed. The owner also has put in a lot of effort to make the outdoor space a little piece of paradise. Comfortable patio chairs hugging the outdoor bar, bbq grill and a nice pool and spa with a fountain provides white noise throughout the day. We had a great time staying here this weekend.

Comfortable, spacious home in the desert

We enjoyed the large great room, wonderful pool and spacious, well landscaped back yard. The grounds were really beautiful, especially the desert landscaping in the front. Beautiful mountain view from the kitchen sink. The beds were all very comfortable. Giant TV in the living room was a big hit. Two minute drive to Albertson’s. Oh and the property is very securely fenced so we were comfortable letting our dog roam around.

House was perfect for our group!

So bright and roomy! We made breakfast at home every morning, grilled steaks one night, enjoyed our pool day and loved sitting by the fire pit with the provided blankets in the cool evenings. Beautiful Palm Springs

We loved the pool area so much! The house is lovely, but needs some detailed cleaning...found a glass under the bed in master bedroom and although the property managers did replace the shower head,the master shower still needs some plumbing work. The back area by the pool had a large mattress box and a discarded outdoors couch left in the corner. The property managers gave us a heads up about a leak in the hot tub, but sense we were staying two weeks it was a nuisance to keep up with. A two car garage was advertised, but we were not able to use it. All in all, we had a very good visit, but thought the house needed some attention.

Amazing and a pleasant home

The home was spacious and very pleasant. We had a very good time staying in there. Heated pool was center of attraction for kids. Would rate a 4 star rating, for they had some paint work in progress and the home climate unit was louder compared to silence in and around the property(specially during nights). Overall very comfortable indoor and outdoor and would definitely recommend it to others and visit in future.

Relaxing, Classy Home

I'm so glad we'd selected this house out of the many available to rent in Palm Springs. The high ceilings and natural light make this home a dream. It's tastefully decorated - and the accommodations were spacious and cozy. We were a small group - 4 women - and it was great for each of us to have our own comfortable beds (even the murphy bed!), nice bedding and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is great- there were a selection of appliances and utensils to prepare the simplest to gourmet meals. Not only was there a fridge, but a wine fridge and a mini-fridge in the outdoor cabana. We dined inside and alfresco - the barbeque was sweet! While the interior features were fantastic, the outside was the BEST, dreamy! The pool was the perfect size and temperature, the hot tub a nice reprieve from the long day, couches around the fire pit (even though we didn't turn it on), the light features, everything! Seriously a fancy, fun way to spend the long weekend - different from our daily grinds. The only thing I wish we had was more time to enjoy the hammocks and put-green. Mark was one-step ahead of the game when it came to helping us - he called the day before, was readily available when we arrived. He had intended to meet us a the property and give us a tour, but had an unexpected injury and did not. He gave us instructions on how to get in (easy!), then walked us through all we needed to know about the house. He stated he was available at any time should we need anything or have any questions, but the house had it all! We left the house only wishing we'd stayed a few more days. Thanks Mark for a great getaway house!

Great spaces

We had a terrific time staying here. Good spaces both indoor and outdoor. Beds are very comfortable. We had 3 couples so we each had our own bathroom. There is a grocery store just a few blocks away and it's in close proximity to the airport. We would definitely stay here again. I see the price has skyrocketed since we stayed there. I wouldn't stay there for the $688 a night they are charging now as there were things that needed attention that were easy to overlook when we paid an average market price.

Great place

We had a great stay here. All of the amenities were great! The grounds and landscaping around the house were extremely nice. We loved the pool (although very shallow), hot tub, BBQ, and the fire pit. The place was very clean and spacious for the four of us. We did not like the cameras in the back yard though. Plenty of towels, extra linens, washer and dryer.

Complete relaxation near the hustle and bustle o downtown Palm Springs!

Me and my girlfriends stayed at this gorgeous home for my Birthday in a September 2017. Splendid getaway!!!

Booked this property to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and we had an absolutely wonderful time! The property lives up to all the photos online and kept our group of 6 content & comfortable during our stay. It was so nice to be received by the Property Manager who checked us in, gave us a tour the house and highlighted the rules/regs vs. having to read it online or on a piece of paper. We weren't far from the freeway, shopping outlets were nearby (~20 min away) and downtown Palm Springs was right there (5-6 min drive)! The 4th "bedroom" doubled as a game/lounge room and the guys enjoyed playing with the old school arcade game in there. We also liked that in addition to the A/C in the house, there was a fan available in every room in case we needed it. The most enjoyable part of the house (where we spent the most time) was the backyard - lounge chairs & sofa, grill AND the pool were just the respite we needed from our daily grind. We enjoyed our time at 21 Palms so much that we are already looking to book the house for next year!

Kid friendly home and pool

We stayed 2 weeks in the home, initially we were concerned as there was a home renovation commencing next door, however it didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the property. We had our grandchildren with us who really enjoyed the pool as did the adults. Backyard is quite private and kid friendly. While in Palm Springs, we love to entertain, and we usually eat in most nights, so we need a well equipped kitchen, not disappointed , however the barbecue was a disappointment, it was old and needed to be replaced. Overall the home met with our expectations.

Girls weekend in March

Fabulous house for a girls trip! Very chic decor, clean. We had 5 in our party. Owners & property management were very accommodating & friendly, quick response to all inquires. Only down fall & out of their control, it's the windy part of town but it is still warm (we were there end of march) you can still swim & sun bathe. The house next door was under construction, somewhat noisy but it really didn't bother us. Last, the home is in the flight path, resulting in spotty cell phone service & dropped calls. Even with those down falls, I would still recommend this property & stay again. We were totally & completely satisfied & enjoyed ourselves thouroughly!

Our home away from home

We stayed in this home last year for two weeks and enjoyed every moment. This year we stayed for 3 weeks and it was not nearly long enough. It is a fabulous space with all the comforts of home, grand enough to feel pampered but comfortable enough to seem like we have lived there forever. It is the perfect location being centrally located to downtown Palm Springs and although it is less than 10 minutes from the airport, it is quite secluded.

Oasis in the Heart of Palm Springs

The house has that great '60s retro look that makes Palm Springs so distinctive. The amenities include a heated pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit-- perfect for any weather conditions. It was very comfortable and incredibly well-equipped, with everything from a first aid kit to putters and golf balls for its very own putting green. The property was a great place to relax and be able to experience the Palm Springs area. I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back!

Getaway to relax and have privacy with a pool

We had an awesome stay. The beds were very comfortable with cooling units or fans in each bedroom if you like to sleep in really cool air. We went in August so we really only used the outdoors (i.e. The pool) at night when it cooled off below 100, but we plan on returning during a cooler time so we can really enjoy the outdoor space which is beautiful and private. The kitchen is well stocked too.

Perfect mid-century modern home deserving of more than five stars

I guess there's always a first-time for everything. I don't really do reviews, but I'm so impressed with this property I'm compelled to make my very first one ever. This awesome vacation home is the epitome of perfection deserving of more than five stars. As soon as we stepped into the beautifully landscaped front yard with an inviting white hammock gently swayed by warm breeze, we felt relaxed right away. The mid-century modern decor of the spacious house, along with the predominant white hue walls, complemented its serene vibe even more. We couldn't get enough of the clean and azure perpectly sized pool, which is set in a seemingly upscale resort complete with tall palm trees, bright colored umbrellas, hammock, BBQ grill, jacuzzi and mini golf putting area. In addition, all beds and pillows were covered with crisp and freshly laundered linens. Plenty of fresh towels, as well as some toys and board games for kids and adults alike, were also provided, which makes this vacation rental property ideal for families with kids like mine. Furthermore, I really think that having a washer and dryer inside the property was a great convenience since we ended up washing the towels and our wet clothes several times. To top it all, the property owner was extremely cool to deal with and very accommodating at that making the whole experience all the more pleasant and wonderful. My family enjoyed our short vacation immensely and we're definitely going back again...hopefully soon!

Exceeded expectations!

This place exceeded our expectations - the house was just as beautiful inside! Perfect amount of space (we had 9 people) and provided anything that you could possibly need at your stay. Outdoor area was by far our favorite! Much bigger than it looks in the pictures and had everything you could need for outdoor activities! From the jacuzzi to corn hole to an amazing seating area! The front yard had a beautiful view of the mountains and was amazing at sunset. Good location as well - within a few miles from other hotels and the downtown area. Overall, would definitely recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat.

Love this house!!!!

I hosted a ladies getaway weekend with 5 of my best girlfriends. This house was perfect!!! The open layout and mid-century modern furnishings took our breath away! The house and surrounding exterior were in impeccable shape. The tropical landscaping, pool and surrounds made us feel like we were at a beach resort. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed; from towels to yoga blocks! We made use of all of the home's amenities and everything was in great working order. The property manager and owners have been a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Looks like we'll be coming back on an annual basis! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Absolutely delightful

I organized a 75th birthday celebration for my mother and her siblings. Everyone had a great time. The beds were comfortable, the house was beautiful, the backyard was luxurious, and the service was responsive. The airport was a little noisy in the morning, but we got used to that. The dining area was a little tight for 9-11 of us, depending on the meal. Wish we could have had an outdoor dining option. May be an area for growth? I would highly recommend this for anyone interested in enjoying Palm Springs.

We looked at several properties in Palm Springs before making the decision to buy 21 Palms. While there are so many gorgeous places in PS, we could not find any that offered the high ceilings with the openness that we found in this property. We immediately fell in love with it and soon realized that with a bit of upgrades, we could make the property reach her full potential as a vacation rental and weekend getaway.

What makes this property unique

21 Palms was named for it's 21 rustic palm trees that stand on the property. We can't take credit for those since they have been growing for years. Privacy and the space the property offers is what this property offers. Every guest can have their own escape within the confines of the property thanks to various conversation areas.
