Location and amenities come together to make what is known as the best place to stay in Steamboat! Situated slopeside, where you can slip out of your slippers, into your boots and onto the gondola. Where, after a sun-filled day, you'll ski home to the warm welcome of ski valets, who will tune your gear, warm your boots and have them waiting the next morning. Then it's apres-ski with friends and family, an indulgent spa treatment, or hot cocoa and a relaxing soak in the Jacuzzi. Whether you want to put your feet up or kick your heels up, there's simply no place like One Steamboat Place.

Residence features luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. Master bedroom offers a gas fireplace and the master bath features a steam shower.

Residence has an office with an iMac computer with high speed Wi-Fi, and a laundry room.

Unit 609 is conveniently located near the center of the building close to the elevator with quick access to the lobby, locker room, and gathering room.

Kitchen is professionally equipped with Viking appliances and a built in Viking grill for those family dinners in.

There is seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat 5 more at the kitchen island.

Building amenities include spa, pool, hot tubs, little tykes room, game room, a gathering room, a complimentary shuttle, and a fitness center.

Bedrooms include: One King Master Suite, One King Junior Suite, One bunk room with twin over twin and full over full bunks (great for the kiddos). One double queen room. All bedrooms include TV and DVD players.

We had another great time at Steamboat. This was third year in this unit, and we love the location, the views, and the size and comfort of this unit. Kay is very communicative and easy to work with. Great experience all around!

Perfect, that is the only way to describe it. The unit was in perfect order, and very clean. Beds were comfortable and they floorplan was spacious and well laid out. We will absolutely look to stay here first on our next trip!

Our family loved the this property! It was like a little piece of Heaven for us! The views from the Condo looked out on the Mountains of Steamboat with great views of the slopes, lifts, and gondolas and you could see the Hustle and bustle of skiers preparing for their day of skiing.The condo was very comfortable with a wraparound leather couch. We could all sit on and relax. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. It was also within walking distance to great restaurants and a grocery store. The beds were all very comfortable. The amenities were incredible, with complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoon before dinner on the 3 rd floor. The hot tubes and heated pool was great. The area to store ski boots and skis was great. It was so easy to get to the lifts from the condo. Being in the ski village was so nice and convenient. This was was the best place we have ever stayed at Steamboat. If you get the chance this is amazing place to stay and enjoy magical time with your family. The hosts did a great job with this property and thought of everything to make it a great stay. The property managers at Steamboat place also excellent!

Perfect Spot
We had an excellent experience with our stay at this property. The unit was beautiful and the location was perfect. We loved the decor of the rental, the spaciousness, and the convenience of using the fireplaces. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location of the unit within the building is also nice as it’s a quick ride up the elevator and the first room out of the elevator. We did not experience elevator noise inside the unit.We hadn’t been to Steamboat for 20 years so we weren’t sure what to expect. We had adults in their 70s, 40s, and 20s. Being right on Steamboat Square was perfect for all of us. The adults in their 70s were even able to get out and about easily because the square is completely snow and ice free all the time. The amenities in the building are great as well. We took advantage of the spa, gym, pool/hot tub, Apres (happy hour), lobby, valet, locker room, and ski rental services. There is shopping close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It’s a short ride into town to grocery stores, and other shopping, restaurants, and experiences. It was a great experience, so much so that we hope to book it again soon!

Our stay was wonderful down to the check-in process. Both the concierge and host were great about answering questions. The location is perfection and the property is stunning. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Not only is the condo beautiful, so is the facility. You won't be disappointed! We will for sure be renting this property again in the future.

Only Way to Go
WE love One Steamboat Place and have stayed at several different units over the years. This one is our favorite. We loved the updated kitchen, the huge sectional, the bed configuration and the location in the building was perfect and convenient to everything. We will definitely be hoping 609 is available for our next visit. Highly recommend.

Unit 609 is even better than the pictures. It is clean, everything is super comfortable and stylish, plenty of space to hang out and relax or cook a large dinner. Everything we needed was in the unit. I preordered some groceries from Steamboat Grocery Mom and it was all delivered before we arrived. The concierge team and everyone at OSP went out of their way to make the stay incredible. The location of the unit makes skiing so easy. Everything is right where you need it and gear is taken care of. The spa was a nice ski break. You can’t go wrong with this unit. The owner was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions so quickly. We will definitely return to this unit and OSP. Perfect location for family fun in Steamboat!

One STEAMBOAT Place is situated on the base of Steamboat mountains ranges, in Routt National Forest: Mount Werner Sunshine Peak, Thunderhead Peak, Pioneer Ridge and Christie Peak. Amenities offered.

We had a fantastic experience. We had 7 adult men who were in town for a professional conference at The Grand. We had plenty of room. We were close to everything we could need. The One Steamboat Place service and staff was also fantastic. If I am in Steamboat again this is the exact same place I will stay in again. Thank you Kay and everyone loved the huge leather couch!

Why they chose this property

We've been visiting Steamboat since we were in college in the late 90's. We love the casual, quaint feel of the town and you can't beat the champagne powder here! We had brought our two young children for Spring Break a couple years ago and stumbled across the property on our way back to the shuttle through Gondola Square from a long day of skiing... I said to my husband, "let's pop in here and get some information for our next stay.. this place would be a GREAT location!" So we did, and discovered it was a residence only building; we were given a tour and fell in love immediately! We visited other places of interest for us to have a vacation home, and finally decided that One Steamboat Place was the place for us; we bought our residence in March of 2015. We absolutely love it here. The best powder, in the best building, in the best little ski town in America! We hope you will enjoy it while we aren't here!
