Just a few steps from the house to the ocean and a 5-minute walk to the Intracoastal Waterway, this quiet but trendy area of Vilano Beach / North Beach is popular for surfing, paddleboarding, surf fishing, shark teeth hunting, and much more. There are many great restaurants within minutes that you can either walk, bike, or drive to.

Our private and comfortable home is 4.5 miles (10-minute drive) to the fun & activity-filled oldest town in America, St. Augustine! The Vilano Beach pier is a 2-minute car drive away (or 40-minute beach walk) where you'll find a Publix Grocery Store, liquor store, a Bait & Gear store, a local pub, and great restaurants. It is a 20-minute drive to the home of the PGA at TPC Sawgrass and a 2-hour drive to Orlando (Disney, Universal, Orlando airport, and more).

There is an oversized king bed in the main bedroom with a private bath, and a charming private patio to enjoy magnificent sunsets. There is a middle bedroom with 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. The 2 bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower. The private, fenced backyard includes a BBQ grill and outdoor dining table and chairs for 6.

The kitchen has everything you need! And, enjoy lounging in the family room on the reclining sofa.

The garage has space for up to 2 vehicles, and there is additional parking in the driveway for 2-3 vehicles.

Everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation is here! You will find 4 adult bikes and 1 child's bike with helmets, beach chairs, and an abundance of toys for building sandcastles. All towels, linens, toiletries, laundry, cleaning supplies, phone chargers, and more are included for you to enjoy!

Relaxing stay by the beach

We had a great time staying by the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. They had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend stay at this property. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries.

Very nice property. Great vibe and close to everything. Owners were very accommodating. Our fishing trip got cancelled due to weather but we enjoyed our stay and seeing St. Augustine.

Lovely Beach House

This cute beach house was perfect for a side trip to the beach for our family while traveling to Central Florida for a memorial service. Vilano Beach is an Old Florida Beach - wide, long and not over built. And this home is just steps from the beach! It felt like we were staying in an old family home instead of a rental. A cozy and comfortable hangout after walking the beach or visiting the holiday lights in St. Augustine. The owner's provided lots of suggestions for great places to eat and we enjoyed many of them! We would defiantly recommend this lovely home!

Great Vacation Getaway

We stayed over the Chtistmas Holiday while we visited family and friends in St Augustine. It was close to the beach and St Augustine proper. Warm, cozy beach decor in the cutest two story cottage. Small green lawn in front, 2nd story deck and cute patio in the back. Detached garage with everything you need for a beach holiday. Hos t is available for any questions and very gracious and accomodating. Plenty of room for a crowd.AugAugustine

Our week long stay was fabulous! The house was so close to the beach. We had everything we needed and it was a perfect week before we moved my daughter into Flagler for her second year.

Wonderful Vacation!

We have rented vacation houses all over for years & this one is just as advertised (which isn't always the case) & one our family's Favorites now! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, plenty of towels & the beds were very comfortable! Nice, quiet neighborhood. The BEST part for us - a quick walk across the street to the beach. The beach is gorgeous & not crowded! St. Augustine old town 10-15 minutes away & Publix right down the road.. We'll definitely be back. The hosts were great & quick response time!

Beautiful House and Location!!

This house was so beautiful and perfect that you will return home afterwards wishing you could get just one more day here. The beds are so comfortable you will miss them after returning home. Location is perfect to the beach and St. Augustine. Overall the best VRBO stay we have ever had. Beautiful, CLEAN and located perfectly. Definitely will stay again if we come back to St. Augustine.

Lovely Weekend

This home had everything we needed! I love that the owners are so sharing and accommodating. This was one of the best stocked places we've stayed. Including if you bought something you can't take with you, leave it for the next guests. We forgot a few things at the store and some other sweet guest had already bought it and left it so we didn't have to make a second trip!

Wonderful Frenzy Getaway

This property had everything you could ever wish for, including easy beach access, right across the street. An assortment of bedrooms, all on the second floor, with outdoor deck (upstairs and down) and sunny front porch. Publix is within 3 minutes. Within 5 minutes is Vilano Beach Pier where we saw dolphins playing and had an incredible dinner the Beaches Restaurant on Matanzas Inlet. Downtown St. Augustine is an easy 12 minutes away.

Best ever

We stayed here for granddaughter’s wedding. This house set the bar very very high. It was immaculate, perfect for us in location and house layout. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could think of and so so many other extras, even beach and fishing equipment available. We can’t wait to stay here again. Host even left a thank you note and gift. Perfect place.

Great Location

Well appointed, great property. The inside was a little musty smelling- they had a nice air purifier and air was on, but musty smell persisted. Wouldn't stop me from booking again. Really nice proximity to the beach and restaurants. We were a little dissappointed, one bike had flats, wouldn't hold air and we needed all 4 to use, so we couldn't bike together. Had a great stay.

Amazing Property, even more amazing hosts!

So close to the beach! Takes less than a minute to walk. Maria & Ed have everything you can think of. Very well stocked. Has all kinds of equipment for outdoor activities (bikes, beach toys, games, etc.). They have everything you could need in the kitchen (2 types of coffee makers, with coffee, all utensils and cookware you could use, spices, outdoor grill, etc). You can tell that they put a lot of love into this property. If the weather isn’t in your favor, you will still have a great time with everything they have in the home. They have a book with recommendations on restaurants and activities, with realistic personal reviews. We even had ROBES! Like what?! Will stay here again.

Great Stay

Very comfortable month spent here.We had 4 grandkids between 3 and 5 visit with their parents on two separate occasions.. Bed and bath arrangements were perfect. Everything is convenient. If you need anything, Maria is very responsive. The carpets upstairs were dirty and Maria offered to immediately clean them. The bikes are pretty much nonfunctional, however beach chair, beach cabana, beach mats and kid sand toys were excellent.
