An Intimate Experience 1 Bedroom
Tucked past the Tower villa at the end of our upper road is the Guava Villa.
When, you are in a spacious living area with large kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances including electric cooktop and oven, French door fridge with deep drawer freezer, as well as dishwasher for quick clean ups. The deep sink has a garbage disposal. Coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, microwave, toaster, juicer and other miscellaneous small kitchen appliances allow you to have all the conveniences of home.
A comfortable sofa and coffee table highlight the living room as well as a smart TV that can allow you to Netflix binge after a day at the beach. All televisions have access to Dish TV. The living area is rounded out with a dining room table for four to host gourmet meals or card games, visit our office for a selection of games. Through the living areas floor to ceiling windows, you will find a large balcony with stunning views of Coral Bay and the rest of the East End of St. John, as well as the British Virgin Islands and the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
Outdoor living room and dining area make it possible to spend each waking hour outdoors, comfortably. Back inside the end of the living area is the bedroom with a smart TV, king sized bed, closet and full bathroom with shower.
The bathroom has recessed lighting for that late-night bathroom run without waking the whole house with bright lights as well as a beautiful tile and glass shower stall. Every indoor space has central air and fans for your comfort. Additionally, each home has a washer and dryer. Outside the front door is an outdoor shower, grill for your fresh catch and chairs and cooler (cold beers not included) to make your beach trip as easy as possible.

Calichi’s 1.67 acres is approximately 1190 feet above the Caribbean Sea, making it the highest residence on St. John. Actually, only the communications tower on Bordeaux Mountain is taller, and it’s only by some 85 feet. ResidencesOur property is made up of 6 villas, an immense central pool & hot tub area all accessed by an upper and lower driveway as well as a stairwell from each villa. We are just under 7 mile drive from Cruz Bay and a 1 mile drive down to Coral Bay.The center of the property is a large common area with more panoramic views, a 65 foot lap infinity pool, custom stainless steel hot tub, covered dining area, outdoor grill, covered lounge area, wet bar, 2 outdoor showers, large putting green, as well as a shared bathroom.Our goal is to provide our customers with a complete, worry and hassle free St. John vacation while constantly taking steps to lessen the environmental impact on the island. The island experienced over 25 power outages between June and September 2019, but Calichi was able to avoid interruption of power with the addition of the solar panels and Tesla batteries on site. We have over 300 solar panels and 20 Tesla Powerwalls for the storage of solar energy.
