This delightful holiday home is located on the popular LaRonde in Carrickalinga. This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home can sleep 8 guests and is perfect for families or couples wanting a beach getaway. No need to hop in the car as the beach is just a short walk away
This property is newly renovated with all new appliances, open plan living, dining and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher that overlooks the gorgeous new deck. Floating floors throughout living area. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have queen beds and bedroom 3 has bunk beds. r/c split system air conditioner in living area. The bathroom includes a shower and bath with a separate toilet.
The outdoor entertaining area has the benefits of a new large deck, all undercover to entertain outdoors no matter what the weather! There is a large, grassed area out the back, great for the children and an outdoor shower and toilet for when you come back from the beach. There is also an outdoor games room area for the kids to mess around in too.
