There is no better way to relax and unwind than being in a lovely home-from-home in the most perfect of locations with the security, convenience and amenities of an upscale gated resort estate. This two storey villa is located in a prime position at February Point resort estates and is one of only a very small number of properties that are right on the beach.

From the villa, you can take a morning dip in the warm ocean or in the fresh water infinity pool at the Rusty Anchor beach club or just relax and enjoy the endlessly changing colors of the ocean and skies from the comfort of the large wrap around veranda or private sandy garden. The crystal clear waters for which Exuma is renown, is just a few feet from the villa, where you can safely swim, snorkel or fish. If you are looking to keep in shape, you can work out at the resort fitness centre or have a gentle game of tennis at one of the two floodlit courts. There is something for everyone at our lovely home.

The villa will accommodate four people comfortably but, in some situations, we may agree to a fifth guest if requested before booking. If we agree, we will provide a comfortable foldaway bed in the guest bedroom.

The resort has a stunning infinity freshwater pool and sandy beach at the Beach Club, which is a 3-minute walk away and is available to guests. The smaller pool which is a few yards away is operational again following maintenance.

Exuma is a safe destination and February Point is a secure gated resort community. We have never had any problem with security, but guests have asked for a hotel safe to keep valuables so we have installed one. The property has a Ring video doorbell which is activated by motion detected over a small area outside of the front door. We also have a Blink device mounted on the outside roof truss pointing at the ocean towards Stocking Island. This is to remind us of the stunning view from the property but is deactivated when guests are in residence. The devices are operated in accordance with VRBO policy.

Really nice place.
Amazing location, ocean is out your back door. The kitchen was very well equipped to make cooking anything you wanted a breeze. Beds were comfortable. Master bath shower is small, low water pressure throughout the house( not the fault of the owners) There were a few water stains on the ceilings. But besides that a very nice property would definitely go back.

A stunning view and a wonderful property, couldn't be happier. The gated community is quiet and secluded and the house is exactly as pictured. Good restaurants in the area and plenty of water activities.

When you arrive in this pretty Seacroft Villa, you see your own little beach and the views of that teal blue water. It immediately relaxes you. Their beach is full of starfish, fish and turtles to get to see. The Villa is just the perfect place - well-appointed, and comfortable. You feel at home but with a view that is perfection. The location can't be beat - close to town, shops, restaurants and marina. Every year, we enjoy the villa even more! Thanks Denise & Phil for always welcoming us to your home each year! Cathy

The resort was very nice a safe. The pool, hot tub and restaurant were very nice. The unit was very spacious and only steps away from the water. The view from the primary bedroom is amazing. The owner Phil always responded immediately throughout the process.

Great Stay!
This property’s location is great- right in the heart of Georgetown. Shopping, food store, restaurants and boat rentals were all minutes away. Loved the ability to snorkel/swim right outside the home but be sure to bring water shoes as the beach is extremely rocky once you descend the stairs towards the water. Wendy, the property manager, was extremely responsive and gave us great beach recommendations. Owners were always quick to respond as well! The pools are very close to the unit, which was great for the kids. We are a very active family so I did miss a kayak or paddle board- it seemed most of the units around us had this feature included with the rental. Overall though this a really comfortable home in a great location and we highly recommend!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful place!! The owners were so communicative, as was the local property manager. The proximity to water was so great, with snorkeling just steps from the house. The house was very spacious for our family of four and we used the kitchen a lot! Would highly recommend this home in February Point!

We had a great trip despite some rain, this neighborhood is a great location central to most activities on the island such as stores, dining, chat n chill ferry and Minns. Also the Rusty anchor on site and pools were great. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price for the area. The location is incredible, Just minutes away from Georgetown groceries etc. they have multiple swimming pools for the kids and a restaurant on the property. The master bedroom has a memory foam mattress that was very comfortable. All in all comfortable place to stay in

Beachfront Escape
My family and I recently stayed at this villa for our second trip to Exuma. The location couldn't be better - close to Georgetown for shopping, yet nestled away for ultimate privacy and just steps from the soft sand and soothing waves. There are two pools in February point. The smaller is just steps away and perfect to cool off after morning excursions. We hired massage therapists from the spa to come to the property one morning. They setup in the living room where we could hear the waves crashing. The kitchen had a decent supply of tools, pans, and utensils. Linens were ok, when we arrived the cleaning crew was still working so we were not able to get into the unit until almost an hour and a half after our check-in time. I suspect the cleaning crew were in a rush b/c we found a comforter draped over the balcony and neither bed had a comforter on it. There were some nights when we could have used that extra layer, but over all this was not a huge issue.

Wonderful spot in February Point. The home had everything we needed for a fantastic 3 weeks. Right on the water, pool was close-by and the home itself was as advertised. Both the owners and Wendy the property manager were quick to reply with any questions we had which were few. Can’t wait to be back next year.

Incredible Getaway
We have been staying at Seacroft Villa for many, many years and it never disappoints us! Best location on the island, fantastic home on beach with amazing water views. 7 starfish, 3 sea turtles, 1 octopus and a visiting stingray live right outside your door. So fun to see them each year. Owners are lovely people who want you to enjoy their home. And, we do!! Cathy & Doug

17 Steps!
Just 17 steps from the porch to the crystal clear waters of Elizabeth Harbor- I swam/snorkeled everyday! Wonderful porches both upstairs and down for sitting out and reading a book or cocktails. The hard part for my balance-challenged 70 yr old wife were the 17 steps between floors so it was one trip down for the day then one back up for bed. So , a Great place for the spry, a challenge for the aged.

The house was clean and comfortable, and we had beautiful views of the water. The hosts were quick to respond to any emails and helpful with suggestions on what to do, restaurants, renting a car, etc. We were there for our 25th anniversary, and they had a bottle of wine and a sweet hand written card waiting for us. The house is basically across the water from Chat N Chill. We felt safe and had no issues; the neighborhood is quiet and clean. We watched two turtles bob around in the water in front of the house most every day we where there and saw a star fish. The security personnel at the gate to the neighborhood are very friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile and kind words.

Perfect for a couples get away
We love this property! Our second visit here was amazing even though the weather did not cooperate for the whole stay, we enjoyed every minute of it. All the amenities of home with a full kitchen for cooking our meals because there is not a lot of choices to eat out and everything closes early. The marina and beach club are a 3 minute walk away. Keeping our rental boat at the marina was perfect for our fishing and running around Elizabeth Harbor. Excellent location! Our hosts are the best and are very responsive to any issues.

Very nice property in a beautiful gated development. Pictures are exactly as it looks and are not deceiving as many online properties are. It met all of our expectations and needs. Snorkel gear and beach towels were a plus as there is good snorkeling right outside the door. Views are so peaceful,too. Quick response from owners whenever we had a question. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Another wonderful stay
This was our second stay at Denise & Phil’s place and somehow it managed to surpass our first stay. The villa location is wonderful, the view from the huge king sized bed sublime and access to so many wonderful beaches just perfect, for big beach walkers like ourselves. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Exuma, as February Point is so perfectly located, whether for provisions in George Town, visiting beaches such as the wonderful Coco Plum or Tropic of Cancer, or catching the Peace & Plenty water taxi over to Stocking Island. We will definitely be back in the very near future. Thank you for another wonderful holiday.

Overall we had a good stay. I didn’t give the communication with manager 5 stars because I never actually spoke to her(I didn’t need to though) however the owner deserves 5 stars for his communication and responsiveness. We had bad weather and ended up eating at the house more than expected. This house has everything you could possibly need to cook and we were thankful for that. I’ve stayed in a couple of the smaller 3br very near this unit and this one had so much more room. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable with an amazing view from the master.

We were one of the first to buy at February Point. The development was advertised in an English Sunday newspaper and it looked gorgeous so we got on a plane to Exuma. Although we could only see the foundations being laid for the property, we knew it was going to be an amazing home for us, especially as the turquoise water was only a few feet away. Even though we have visited many times, we still experience that jaw dropping moment when we see the ocean from the property for the first time. It is a privilege to own Seacroft villa and we love hearing how our guests have enjoyed their stay with us. In many cases, they have had a magical life changing experience. We hope you will have the same.

Phil and Denise are English and live in London. If you make an inquiry we will usually respond within an hour or two, but there may be a time difference so could take a little longer.

Why they chose this property

A little taste of heaven! Great Exuma is beautiful and unspoiled it sold itself to us. February Point is probably the most beautiful location on the island and close to George Town & amenities. The villa is one of very few actually on the beach front at February Point resort.

What makes this property unique

An opportunity to stay in one of just a very few properties on the February Point resort that are directly on the beachfront. Just walk out of the door and you are on the beach! Swim, snorkel, dive or fish or relax and just enjoy the view! The villa is a stones throw from the resort infinity edged freshwater swimming pool. Seacroft is perfect for that special get 'away from it all' vacation and you can be sure that you will return home feeling relaxed & revitalised.
