The Location - Portside is right in town, only a 350 metre walk to Nelson Bay's boutique shops, cafes and restaurants and 500 metres to the marina and Nelson Bay Beach. There is also a pool in the complex (open from September to April).
The Unit - This unit is on the ground floor, with a grassed area out the front and filtered water views. There is an open plan living and dining area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD player and a full kitchen with a cook-top, oven, microwave and a full fridge. Two bedrooms (queen bed and a tri bunk), one bathroom with a shower and a bath and an internal laundry with a washer and a dryer. Plus two undercover secure car spaces (steps from the garage to the unit).
There are smoke alarms at this property.
Linen is provided at this property. If you would like bed made please contact the office.
Portside Building is not compatible for any onsite EV charging facilities due to insufficient Electrial Capacity therefore no EV charging is allowed onsite.
