We love this home! Located on a beautiful street alongside the challenging Jack Nicklaus designed PGA golf course in Reunion Resort. This home has a state-of-the-art theatre with seating for 10 for you to enjoy movies with family or friends. It also has a game room with pool table, arcade video game system, 2 televisions and an outside balcony with seating for 5 - great if you decide to avoid the sun on hot summer days. The perfect way to spend your precious vacation time, all included in this 24-hour secured resort!

First Floor Bedrooms:
• King Primary with en suite (tub, large shower, twin vanities), very large walk-in closet, with doors leading out to pool / summer kitchen area.
• King Primary with en suite bath (shower and vanity), walk-in closet.
*Plus a powder room on the main floor.

Second Floor Bedrooms:
• King Primary with walk-in closet and outside balcony.
• Two Twin Beds, full bath, walk-in closet and access to outside balcony. *Please note: second floor bedrooms share a full bath plus includes an additional powder room.

The outside living area includes a summer kitchen with BBQ and sink, a large 55" flat screen television located above the outdoor fireplace, private pool with spa, loungers, couch, 2 tables and chairs.

Lovely, quiet getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful, large home, clean and nicely appointed with a spacious outdoor patio with a private pool and spa. Highly recommend for a family getaway after enjoying the hustle and bustle of the many Orlando parks!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is exactly as described and it was so nice having a private pool/hot tub to relax in after a long day at Disney/Universal. I would highly recommend using this house and would use it again.

Great house to stay in Reunion !!

The Property was just as described - was in immaculate condition - any issue we had was taken care of immediately ! The property manager was very helpful and and ensured that we had a very pleasant stay. If in the area again - will for sure use this property again !

Beautiful house for a family

This house was just as advertised. Very clean, well kept, close to Walmart for groceries if you intend to cook or just need anything. Pool was very nice and relaxing, my family of five enjoyed this property and we would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Vacation!

Loved the property! Home had ample space and furnishings. Spent the mornings in the heated hot tub and enjoyed the evenings in the outdoor entertainment area and/or home theatre. Second time staying at Reunion and loved it both times.

Great House, even better outdoor pool area

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It is great for a small family gathering. The pool and outdoor area is one of the best we have stayed at. The fireplace and grill area is especially inviting. The house was very clean, high end appliances made cooking meals very easy.

Wonderful vacation

The pictures of the home does not give the full spectacular views of the home! We were so delighted with every aspect and detail of the home. The owner thought of everything and the management company is excellent, prompt and attentive. We are definitely planning to stay here again 😊

Great winter retreat

Spent 3 weeks at this property. Had family for some and friends for some of the trip. Close to all the Orlando attractions with many restaurants both onsite and nearby. All enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed watching the Disney fireworks from the upstairs deck overlooking the pool and Golf coarse. Three weeks was not enough time.

Staying in Reunion is always a pleasure! The property was beautiful and the property management was highly responsive, kind and personable. Much appreciated! My only recommendation for future consideration is a more thorough cleaning of the kitchen areas to ensure mites aren't hovering from food particles of past guests and the front door lock is addressed to provide sufficient safety and security. A great stay overall!

The bar is set

This is the first time I’ve ever used Vrbo and now the standard is set for future rentals. This was perfect for us. Easy to get to the parks, loved having our own pool and hot tub to relax in every evening and we could even see Disney fireworks off in the distance above the tree line! There was some construction starting behind the house, but still the beginning stages of building so not noisy at all. Overall a great stay!

Disney Magic

This house was perfect for our family of 8. 6 adults and 2 children. We all had plenty of personal space, and lots of space to be all together. Only a few minutes to the Disney parks. The house and immaculate. Everything you need to cook with was there. All interactions with property management were fast and professional. We can’t wait to come back!

FABULOUS PROPERTY

Great experience! The house was amazing! Very clean and the check in process was so easy. Just show up ready to have a good time! The property managers were very accommodating and so nice! The pool and outdoor porches were a hit! We watched Disney fireworks from our balcony at night and one morning a hot air balloon show! The kids loved the pool and spa and we enjoyed the outdoor grill. We can't wait to come back! Thanks for a wonderful vacation and many memories!

Bit of Paradise!

This home is beautiful! Overlooks golf course and is in a gorgeous neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and appliances you could possibly need. The 3 bedrooms with king size beds are very comfortable. The bedroom with twins is fine for children. The beds are a little small for older teenagers. Two bedrooms down and two up (twin is up). Everyone enjoyed the game room and theater room after a day at Walt Disney! Close to the parks and grocery store. Overall, a delightful stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation home!

Fabulous Villa

The villa is in a very quiet peaceful community surrounded by golf courses and well manicured open spaces. The villa itself is huge and well equipped. The pool area is lovely although as there is so much to do in Orlando we spent little time there. The only minor things to note - the freezer is broken but there is a temporary one in the garage (would have been good to know as we spent a day trying to figure out how to get the broken one cold!). There are giant TVs everywhere but they are a bit dated and not loaded with the typical streaming apps you normally find - but it didn’t matter as we had so many other things to entertain us. All the usual chain restaurants are within a 10 min drive. The Walmart by the 192 considerably better than the Publix to the south. Highly recommended!

Special family time

The villa is just amazingly beautiful and we had a wonderful time with our family. There were a couple minor hiccups, Direct TV stopped working the 2nd day (out of the owners control) but they came to fix it a couple days later. One light out in the pool, but not a big deal. Other than that Tina and Alex were super reachable and very helpful to solve any issues we had. The pool and hot tub were where we spent most of our time and it was awesome! Had a movie night fireside outside! Had another movie night in the spacious theater room! Overall, just a great relaxing time with our family in a beautiful home!!

Florida Trip

The floors in the property were dirty - property Mgr offered to send housekeeper which was a nice gesture. I had already cleaned floors myself so denied the offer. Pool filtering system wasn’t working up to par the first two days so we had limited use of the pool…Alex indicated the problem prior to our arrival during inspection but was not fixed prior to arrival. Expensive property not to be able to enjoy all amenities. The house itself and the neighborhood are beautiful and our family enjoyed our stay regardless of the initial issues.

Ideal Location! Close to Disney, restaurants, shopping!

My family and I had a nice stay at this beautiful home in a very lovely neighborhood which was close to everything we needed. 15 minutes to Disney and plenty of food and shopping nearby. We were allowed an early check in on the day or our arrival which was very much appreciated. The house was clean but we did encounter a small bug/ant problem in the kitchen area and in one of the downstairs bedrooms. We called property management and someone came out quickly and sprayed. The listing mentioned a DVD player but when we arrived, we couldn’t find one. Not a huge deal but we did bring movies and were hoping to watch them in the theater room with family. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. What made this home very memorable for us was the outdoor/pool area. Beautiful views, very quiet and relaxing and having a hot tub and pool every day after long days at Disney was just great. We spent 80% of our time outside by the pool. Would definitely recommend this home for couples/families.

Nice Home, Nice Community, but…

Nice Home, Nice Community, but… We rented this home for 8 nights in December of 2017. The home is ok. It could be great but it wasn’t. The carpets are filthy, the outdoor furniture is worn. No information how to turn on the outdoor fireplace. The Wi-Fi work sporadically. The pool heat didn’t work. The pool tech said the panel needed changing. The sheets were old and piling. They didn’t leave much in the way of dish powder or cleaning supplies, so not sure how we were supposed to clean the kitchen counters or the dishes? There is also a garbage dumpster in the empty lot next door. Pass on this house unless you hear from management that the above issues have been corrected.

Not sure I'd stay here again

Property was as described, though a bit tired and outdated. The biggest frustrations had to do with the poor plumbing. Multiple toilets, including the master bathroom, were clogged when we arrived (doesn't anyone check this?). This major inconvenience was compounded by multiple signs in the property warning that the costs for plumbers to fix clogged toilets would be borne by the renter. Really? If you want to rent your property, you need to have toilets that don't clog. The other annoyance was that the sliding doors to the pool didn't seal properly, resulting in alarms going off multiple times randomly throughout the first night. The property company was very attentive in resolving both the toilet and alarm issue (they turned it off), but nevertheless, these issues made the stay less relaxing than it could have been. The one other negative is that the location of the resort wasn't terribly convenient to most of the action that was about 30 mins away. And that meant getting on the always jammed Orlando highways, which wasn't much fun. Not the fault of the property, but does make it less desirable. We paid to have the pool and spa heated. We were a bit frustrated that the spa was not hot-tub temp; in fact it was colder than the pool. We had unfortunate cold weather during our week stay, which meant that we couldn't make use of either. Absent the frustrations with the toilets and alarm, I would have given this property 4 stars.
