Light, bright and airy, this spacious, newly renovated Beach House will exceed your expectations. 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bath, contemporary, pool home. 2 large down stairs bedrooms (king beds) and an upstairs bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom and a sitting room (Queen Bed). Beautiful porcelain tile floors downstairs, wood flooring upstairs, impact windows and vaulted ceilings, are just some of the features of this fabulous vacation spot. Lounge in your beautifully landscaped, private backyard with pool and grill. This unit will sleep a maximum of 8 people however, the home is most comfortable with 6 people. There is an additional charge of $35 per person, per night, for the 7th or 8th person. Don't miss this very popular Beach House that books quickly!

Charming, Comfortable, and Completely Splendid Stay!

Everything about our stay in this gorgeous home was top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing night’s sleep every night, the beautiful and comfortable accommodations, and the tranquil mornings having coffee by the pool. Great property and great location!

The home was well appointed, clean, tastefully decorated, and close to everything...shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio and in the pool out back. The host, Stephanie, was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions that we had. We definitely would stay here again!!!

Great visit to Deerfield Beach

We had a great time at Stephanie's home. The house was very clean, her communications were quick, helpful and friendly. The house was just as described. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Backyard pool was very warm and fun for the kids to hang out in but most of the time was spent at the beach. Quick 3 block walk to the restaurants, 2 blocks to beach. We would stay here again.

Great stay !

Clean, cozy, house near the beach. Deerfield is a quaint beach town with friendly people and good beach access. The food was great we ate several nearby restaurants and shopping was close by. Getting around the area was easy with our rental car but also within walking distance. The beds were comfortable! Listing is as stated. The host was great very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back again one day will stay here !

Wonderful home! Very comfortable and so much room. Everything was incredibly clean with every detail accounted for and so much more. Great location, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Close to FAU as well. A perfect place to stay while visiting your FAU student. Great host with terrific communication and overall amazing stay. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying again for future visits.

Just got back from a 5 day family vacation. We absolutely loved this house! Had everything we needed per, super clean, smelled great & very comfortable beds. Location is wonderful, short walk to the beach and several good restaurants and shops. Stephanie was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We highly recommend this place! Absolutely Spotless

This property is close to the beach as well as some of the best restaurants in Deerfield Beach. Stephanie went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and spotless when we got there. My family enjoyed this property so much that we've already decided to book it again multiple times next year. If you're reading this and still on the fence..book it now before you miss out.

Great Month in Florida

My wife, nanny and our two kids spent the month of February at the property. The house is great and the location can't be much better. The backyard space is quite nice for the evening and the interior of the house is well done. Perhaps most importantly, the owner of the Property was very nice and very attentive to our needs. He made every effort to make our stay is pleasant as possible. Bottom line-the place and experience were both great.

Deerfield Beach boasts one of the best beach areas in South Florida. It is just a few blocks from our house and a safe area to walk, day or night. There are several
oceanfront restaurants, and many other restaurants, bars and shops on the main street. Most are casual, with great food and many feature live music.
Our beach home has everything you need for a special vacation, whether traveling with family or friends and looking for a great beach or golfing destination. There are also many things to do within a short drive. We are local owners who will be happy to give information on the surrounding areas and ensure that you have a memorable stay.

This property has a unique tropical feel starting with the lush landscaping lining the sidewalk to the soothing tropical colors used in the decor. Close enough to the beach and restaurants (just 2-3 blocks), this property is also far enough away to enjoy some tranquil moments as well.
