Can't beat the view!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and you cannot beat the view from the balcony! Property was clean and bed was comfy! We didnt cook any but the kitchen was nice and looked well stocked had we chosen to cook in. John was great to work with. We will definitely save the property as a fave for future trips to the gulf.

Labor Day Vacation

The condo and accommodations were as advertised. The weather turned bad after 2 days so the trip was not great. John's condo was well worth the price and we would not have a problem booking it again if we decided to take a trip to Orange Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. There’s only a few things I would recommend. First you need. Full size mirror somewhere women like to see their whole self when getting ready. Two, you need to fix the shower there’s no pressure had to turn it off and rinse off in the in. The furniture is very uncomfortable. We did enjoy the space tho please do t get me wrong just improvements to make.

Great weekend getaway

Overall the condo was great. Easy access. Beautiful view of the ocean and a nice patio. You wouldn’t want to sleep on the couch. Big stains and hard as a rock. A lot of the dishes were dirty but you have everything you need to wash them. Appliances are great. The bathroom could use a remodel but it is clean. Plenty of towels. The king bed is comfortable.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We we're able to check in early and start enjoying our vacation right away! The room was also well equipped with everything we needed. They even had beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella. The owner responded to any questions i had very quickly!

Great Getaway!

Super location at our favorite beach. Condo was clean and had everything we wanted and needed. Our host responded quickly when we contacted before and during our stay. Would love to stay there again.

Relaxing weekend

I never give 5 stars because I believe we all have room for improvement. Mr. Todd and his wife were fantastic. Very easy to talk/text and happy to help answer any questions. The condo had everything we needed. The patio furniture was amazing and so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Quaint little condo

Perfect size for about 5 people, but we only had 2 there during our stay. Main bedroom has a big bed and a spacious room. There were blankets and extra pillows to use on the pull out couch. It actually has 2 pull out couches, though. Owner was responsive and let me know I could get there before check in to get a parking pass to stay on the beach even though check in for the condo was at 4. I also messaged them about staying in the exact same condo again and they sent me to their direct website where we can book it again in August.

Great Stay

We came from Missouri with our 2 kids and stayed for a week. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. Beautiful views and wonderful location. John and his wife were easy to get a hold of if we needed anything and they called us on our last day to thank us for staying. We will for sure be back!

The Phoenix III offers an unbeatable array of amenities. When this condo became available, we couldn't pass it up. The large, one bedroom layout of the Phoenix 3 is great for a family with children or for couples looking for a beach getaway.

What makes this property unique

Our complex is packed with amenities. We enjoy the waves and sand on sunny days as well as the beachside pool. On the rare rainy days, the heated pool is a bonus. The lighted tennis and pickle ball courts and the indoor racquetball court are also unique features of the Phoenix III.
