New apartments of good standard with 1 (one) bedroom with box bed and ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe and mirror, bright and spacious living room with a sofa bed, kitchen with granite counters, laundry room, bathroom with box. Large barbecue area with shower in the patio for when you arrive from the beach, in the patio you can also store the car. The entrance gate is electronic and exclusive. Balcony in the bedroom and in the living room.

A work with good finish, and suitable for people who like to live well and have good taste.
