Best location on the Point! Walk onto your 50 feet of private beach facing Gulf Islands! Fully renovated cottage sits on grassy front lawn that stretches to the waterfront. Walk onto the community sandbar for best skim boarding, walking, beach combing or run for miles on the soft sandbar to hike Lily Point! Paddle board, kayak, modern Ikea kitchen, nanowall sliding door opens onto large front deck with unobstructed ocean front and stars. Bathroom is brand new with pebblestone shower floor, rain shower, slate floors. Soft blue grey stained wash old growth douglas fir floors, California nanowall sliding wall opens up house onto deck with amazing view. 3 bedrooms with waterfront views. Ikea kitchen stove top oven! Watch JKL pod of whales, eagles soar and blue herons swoop by. Bike riding is amazing!
