Cottonwood

The house was conveniently located for the hiking trails and points of interest we were interested in. The house was very clean and well-equipped except for laundry soap and lack of water glasses and mugs. The shower had a very intense shower head so the water was needle-like….ouch!

Great Location Walking Distance "Downtown" Old Cottonwood

Great stay, nice home, excellent location! We would definitely stay here again. Note to owner: We could not find any extra blankets and it was cold when we stayed. Also, the soap in the dispenser in the shower needs to either go or get changed out. It was pretty gross and I could not get anything to come out.

Simple & Nice House Near Old Town Cottonwood

Very clean and nicely maintained two bedroom residence with the basic amenities. Maybe 5 minute walk to old town area. Adequate kitchen, bedrooms, laundry, and common areas. Difficult to find, at first. But property manager covers this slight issue. Was some freezing with the TV streaming service. But thisgroups. service. this

Quaint little home with all the necessities. Two bedrooms one bathroom, pullout sofa, nice sized kitchen with island seating, little dining table near the laundry closet, and nice back deck with seating and grill. Everything clean and in working condition. Great parking available. Walking distance to Main Street with shops, dining, art district, and wine tasting. Lovely town with nice hiking trails close by. Great service from the workers in all the places we went to. The closest spot was Queen B vinyl cafe which had great coffee, wine, and farm-to-table food. Will stay here again!

Perfect Bungalow for a Cottonwood Visit

This charming house was the perfect place for my family with two small children. We wanted to be centrally located so we could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and conveniently located in a neighborhood off of the Main Street.We highly recommend staying at this property.

Cute little cottage

The cottage was perfect for our 3 day stay. It's definitely walking distance to old town which is nice, although parking is not hard to find if you would rather drive. There is only Netflix on the TV and it would have been nice to have some typical stations due to a weather condition in FL we needed to keep tabs on. Communication with check in and check out was flawless. Plenty of towels, beds were comfortable too. When driving thru the neighborhood it may seem a little rough, but it's just old and it was very quiet. We would definitely use this again.

Location, location, location.

This is our third stay at this great VRBO. Everything was perfect. The rental is close to the historic downtown of Cottonwood. The rental was spotless and is perfect for one or two couples. We have used VRBO extensively and this rental is one of the best. Communications with Scott were exceptional. Hint: have dinner at Merkin’s Vineyard Trattoria for a memorable evening.

The property is perfect for a get away to Cottonwood. Very clean and comfortable. Very short walk to Main St. Provides a perfect option from the pricier inns on Main St. We will definitely seek out the property for our future stays in Cottonwood. A+ property.

Cute and great location

The cottage was very roomy with only 2 people. Shower was good, lots of porch space for hanging out. The bed nearest to the bathroom was very soft, not good for a bad back but would have been awesome in my younger years. Easy to get to Old town Main St, easy to get to Riverfront park. Would stay again!

House was clean and comfy as described in listing. You have to pay attention to specific guidance regarding finding the house as GPS is not accurate. Wifi info is correct in Guestbook, VRBO info needs to be updated. Close to everything we were interested in but neighborhood leaves something to be desired.

Perfect Weekend Girls Getaway

Our group booked this cozy cottage for a quick girls wine weekend. Great 5 min walking trip to old town Cottonwood Main Street and just a 20 min drive to Jerome. Scott was very accommodating with our stay and always respond in a timely matter. Scott does provide directions to the place and did not get lost at all. The place was very clean and decorated well. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of room to put your things away. The size is perfect for a group of 4 people, will definitely be looking to book again. Also loved the book that was put together on what to do in the area.

Love this rental.

We love visiting Cottonwood and this rental is perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and overall quiet charm. We’ve rent d many places through VRBO and this place is among the best. Communication with the owner is exceptional. Everything in the place works. Highly recommended.

Cottonwood Cottage

This cottage is perfect for a couple/s or group of friends. You can walk a couple blocks to Main St. & visit wine tasting rooms & many great restaurants too! It's a short drive to Jerome, wineries in Cornville, or Sedona! Kayak the Verde River in the Spring/summer or enjoy the Verde Canyon Railway! A perfect escape.
