Plenty of street parking on Clairemont, adjacent to property. 1.5 miles to Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach 1 mile from Sea World. SeaWorld's 4th of JULY FIREWORKS view just a 1/2 mile walk to Mission Bay Park or just walk up the hill on our street!
