There is a front deck in the front yard to enjoy for a quiet evening or for entertaining.
Within walking distance to beach number four and five whilst also being close to the Venus Bay boat ramp for those fishing addicts.
The property has both a large backyard and front yard.
Great area for kids to run around and play some outside sports, on these beautiful summer days and nights.
