Great Space for Making Great Memories

This house served all our needs for ages 1 to 66. It had everything detailed here and then some - high chair and pac n play, and a couple hidabeds, and extra pillows - but did not find a regular broom and dust pan. We were close enough to every place we wanted to hit like hiking, PopStroke, and a Cubs game. And even closer to the quick stops like Walgreens, Target, In & Out, Black Rock Coffee Bar, and Z' Tejas. We also spent plenty of time at the house in the huge kitchen and living space, and of course, the pool as it was the perfect temp for late March. Our family made some great memories!

Celebrating Christmas

This is a big house with lots of big bedrooms. The back yard is wonderful. It’s definitely aging but well maintained.

Amazing Experience!

We had a group of 12 in town for our daughter’s wedding. The house was perfect for our friends and family! Each couple was able to have a king size bed. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling with a group.

Good size for our extended family

We appreciated the space as we had multiple family members staying with us. The pool and backyard were great. We shared several suggestions for improvement indoors with the property managers - who were really responsive.

The property is great for a group of 10 or more. Many bedrooms with queen or king sized beds and multiple bathrooms. Pool area is fenced to protect younger children. Great fire pit area and two barbecues. Nothing that we did not like.

good house but do repairs!

House worked well for the 4 couples. However outdoor pool was not working, main fireplace was not working (35 degrees at night outside); jetted tub not working, no tissue, limited spices. Outdoor fire pit was nice

Super Bowl 2023

We rented the home as a place to house a small security team of seven during our recent trip. We had one couple in the group and all other individual males. The house was perfect and had plenty of space for everyone. Although we did not have time to enjoy the pool, we did use the grill on two occasions and it worked well. The house is not too far from the Scottsdale area where we were working an has plenty of stores, restaurants and options nearby.

Arizona golf trip

The house and accommodations were great….. the only issue was there were 5 propane tanks on the property and all of them were empty.We contacted our property manager the second day of our 6 night stay and she did bring one out which was nice With the cool nights we wanted to hang out by the outdoor fire pit ( that uses propane) as well as grill out. I would of liked to have the extra propane tanks full since there were 2 gas grills…. Besides that no complaints and would rent again in the future

July 4th family trip

We stayed 6 days over the July 4th weekend. When we arrived it was disappointing to find a very dirty pool, no propane for the grill (also very dirty) or fire pit and lacking essentials. There was hair left in some of the bathtubs, dishes in the dishwasher and laundry in the laundry room that never got put away. We communicated this to the property manager who came across as combative instead of trying to be helpful. After much discussion we were told someone would drop off propane the next morning as well as clean the pool. Neither happened, we were there an additional 5 days and no one ever showed. We also emailed the evolve team about this and were told someone would get in touch with us but it never happened either. We ended up buying our toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and laundry soap. Besides for the pool the property was nice but very clearly mismanaged to the extent that it impacted out stay.

Muy muy mala experiencia

Fuimos un grupo de 6 parejas... y desde que llegamos sentimos la casa muy caliente... y nos dimos cuenta que el aire acondicionado de la parte de abajo no servia ..de hecho empezo a subir la temperatura hasta 82 grados ..nos comunicamos con Cami la encargada y al.principio nos atendio correos y llamadas pero despues ya no nos contesto... nos comunicamos a envolve y tampoco nos resolvieron nada.. nos comunicamos a Vrbo y tampoco nos resolvieron nada y mientras ..la casa seguia calentandose mas y mas.. tuvimos que salirnos de ahi y regresar en las noches porque ni el abanico de techo funcionaba... focos fundidos...la alberca y area afuera sin luz... no recomiendo llegar a esa casa.. pedimos un tecnico para que revisara el aire acondicionado y nos dijo cami la encargada que solo si lo pagabamos nosotros...mandamos algunas fotos del termostato para que vieram como subia la temperatura y no nos hicieron caso..nos dijeron que porque en Phoenix hace mucho calor ..nosotros ..le dijimos venimos de sonora donde hace mas calor y jamas hemos pasado calor en nuestras casas... venimos muy descepcionados de que nadie pudo resolver el problema

Girls' Getaway

We liked the house. For a large group of women it was spacious and accommodating. The pool was clean and set at a comfortable temperature for us. We were disappointed to learn the fire pit was broken and in the process of being replaced (we had unusual cool weather while we were there). A brand new one was delivered before we checked out. We did encounter some additional problems, which were addressed to our satisfaction. The management company was quick to respond and did their best to meet our expectations.

Broken a/c unit

The house was conveniently located and sized appropriately for a large family get together. Unfortunately, upon arrival the air conditioning unit was being replaced for the upper floor. The repair was not made and during the entire stay the unit was hot (average temperatures in the area was over 100 degrees) which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping and spending time upstairs. Continual follow up with the property manager which was less than helpful and no real attention was given in a timely manner in order to allow for a more comfortable stay. Members of our party left a day early due to being uncomfortable and not wanting to sleep in the heat.

Chandler home

The house is spacious, and in a very good location. It was clean. The kitchen has minimal cookware, glasses, and serving utensils. There are plenty of bath and pool towels. There is one bedroom on the main floor with a private bath, plus a powder room in the main living area. Upstairs, there are 2 master bedroom suites. The down side is the other 3 bedrooms share a hallway bath. The backyard has nice outdoor space with plenty of seating. The fire pit did not work. I assume it needed propane. There was an extra tank in the garage, but the tank attached to the grill was empty.

Fun in the sun!

Property had a wonderful outdoor area -great for meals, cocktails and outdoor family fun. We brought yard games and pool toys and had so much fun in the sun. House was equipped with most necessities. Lots and lots of space - lots of bathrooms - and lots of options on the tvs everywhere in the house (for those who had too much sun!). Landscapers showed up on a day we planned to be our pool day but they were quick. Great location too! Communication with property manager was abrupt and less than thoughtful. Thermostat could not be adjusted and temps upstairs reached 79 degrees 3 nights in a row. It was hot for us northern folk that sunburned early and often. Oh! And note: there are LOTS of stairs to 5of the 6bedrooms.
