Approximately three miles from the end of the seawall in the Spanish Grant subdivision. Beautiful pool and hot tub along with unobstructed views of large wetland and tidal river. This is a gathering point for a huge variety of birds, which can be viewed from the large back deck.

There are beautiful views of sunsets and moon risings. Enjoy peace and quiet in your private swimming pool and in-ground hot tub. Lift available for the disabled. It is an easy walk up the street to Bermuda Beach, about 10-15 minute walk.

Amazing Time

PERFECT place!

We LOVED this house for our family of 5! The host is so kind and gracious! Such a blessing! The pool and hot tub and ping pong table were absolutely awesome! The kitchen had all we needed and more and the photos don't do the master bed and bathroom justice, just incredible! This was such a blessed trip!

Great House in a lovely spot

This house was lovely comfortable and well-equipped. The heated pool and spa were delightful. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the roomy back porch. We had a great family getaway.

Great stay

Renee's property was great! My kids loved the pool and being able to see sunsets every night. Easy access to the strand and sea wall. Host is right next door if anything is needed. Will definitely be coming back!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in the perfect place. The charm of this house was beyond our expectations, clean and well organized. The view from the balcony was amazing. Quiet, relaxing stay in a spacious pool home!

We enjoyed our stay at this well-stocked home away from the crowds. The owner is communicative and responsive. The property is well maintained and was clean. Amazing place

We had an amazing week here. The house was very impressive and enough room for our family of 6 and our pets. Kids loved the pool very relaxing. Awesome time!

The home owner was awesome! The house was clean more then enough room for my family and my brothers. We had a my grandmother 90 birthday at the home everyone loved the house. When we come back to Galveston we will stay again!

Great stay in Galveston

We agree completely with all of the other great reviews. The house was great, and Rene made the process very easy! The house was was very clean, and Rene provided so many of the everyday essentials to make the stay almost like being at home...towels, linens, etc. If you are looking for a great house that is close enough to everything, but also far enough to feel private, this is a great choice!

Another great year!

This is our happy place! We plan to come back every summer. This was our fourth year and it didn’t disappoint even in the crazy heat. Great trip!

The property was nestled away in a quiet area that backed up to a large green space. We had a great time watching the storms roll in and all the wild life. The house was spectacular, clean and had a great pool. It was the perfect hideaway restful vacation for our family. The owner was amazing and very responsive to any question or concern. Sunset Perch was wonderful!

My family and I had a great time at Sunset Perch. It was made extra special because we were allowed to bring our little dog Molly as well. We rented a golf cart to get easily to the beach. Then we cooled off in the beautiful swimming pool. Nice! ❤️

Great time, beautiful house and pool, and lovely location!

The house was beautifully decorated w/ decorations befitting of a beach house, adding to the overall experience. The house and pool were equipped with all that we needed to cook and have fun. Rene was also excellent to work with and was helpful. We will be back to catch a few more sunset viewings from the nice back deck, and will bring our bicycles to ride around the quiet and nice neighborhood.

Beautiful stay!

Our family had such a great experience staying at this lovely home. Rene, the home owner was so thoughtful and accommodating to anything we needed and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The view off the back porch is breathtaking. We enjoyed bird watching and catching the beautiful sunrise and sunset everyday. Our boys swam in the awesome pool and hot tub the whole week. So fun and relaxing! The home was well equipped with everything we could possibly need from various kitchen gadgets to pool/beach gear. Highly recommend staying here; you won’t be disappointed.
