A fantastic location on the Central Bench of Boise. Several parks, two grocery stores, downtown, and much more is all less than 10 minutes by car.
Built in 1948 it is quite old, but has an updated bathroom and kitchen. Original hardwood flooring that creeks with character and a nice large and peaceful backyard. Laundry and free parking on the premises.

We stayed in the cozy blue farmhouse while dropping our daughter off at BSU. It was so great being able to bring our dog to say goodbye. We all really appreciated the backyard and patio furniture for our last hangouts. The kitchen is well stocked and helpfully labeled. The check out process was super simple. The street was quiet and felt safe enough to leave our truck loaded overnight.
The home was very clean and cozy with an outstanding location. The host was prompt and helpful with all of our questions. Would definitely book this home again.
This house was close enough to Boise State that it was very convenient. Quiet area. We weren’t at the house other than to sleep, but it was a great base camp.
A comfortable, cool, quiet base for Boise activities
We visited Boise with our dog in very hot weather as we dropped our son off at BSU. The air conditioning, grassy back yard, comfortable beds, and well-functioning kitchen made this a great property for our purposes. We would not hesitate to come back to stay another time.
The cozy blue farmhouse was a quaint, convenient house on a quiet street that was very conveniently located. It was very easy to access and had everything we needed for a short trip to Boise.

Overall a nice tidy little place in an area close to where I was doing business.
I stay in the area once a month or so and will def use this place again if its available.
First and foremost - Nicholas, property owner is so gracious and communicative. Any questions or concerns, N's on it! Always looking for improvement. We had no idea W. Albion would be in such a fantastic location! Convenient to everything Boise and parts west and south. The home is so comfortable - as I've told Nicholas, "your place has such a Zen feel, very calming, so quiet. Great neighbors, nice sized yard, lots of parking! Needing a place, short or long-term, I'd definitely book here first. Thanks Nicholas!
Very easy process for this clean and quaint home . My husband and I with our son came out to Boise to visit our kids at Boise State. This home had everything we needed , including a large fenced backyard for our dogs . Bringing our dogs was important as was having a large backyard . We were planning on staying at a hotel but we were so happy with this hike . Thank you for allowing for dogs ! Perfect place to stay and under 10 minutes getting to Boise State.
We loved this home it wasn't only clean and beautiful but the host was super communicative and understanding. Our dog loved the spacious backyard and the home made a great place for couple pictures. This is defiantly a place we plan to stay again for our next visit to Boise!
Very cute home, perfect for what we needed on our stay. Backyard was great for the dog. There seemed to be a bit of a insect issue though. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Overall great experience and great area if you’re looking to be close to downtown.

Hi! I’m Nicholas. A little bit about myself -- I’m a Midwesterner who moved West. After 12 years away from my home, I returned with my wife and we've both recently become parents. I’m an athlete, a gamer, and a lover of exploration. Local restaurants, bars, and breweries are my favorite!
Why they chose this property
It's a well-connected location. The house retains its 1948 charm but with a fully remodeled bathroom, updated kitchen, and new furniture. I fell in love with the backyard, my peaceful oasis.
