Welcome to your next 5 star vacation spot -- only blocks away from the beach of the famous crystal clear waters of Lake Geneva! Just a short drive to downtown Lake Geneva with fine dining, nightlife, and plenty of family activities for all ages!! Enjoy our beautiful home with great views that has been remodeled and fully refurnished for our wonderful guests to enjoy! Not only do we offer a fully appointed home for couples, families, or friends just needing a getaway together, we also offer 4 smart TVs with available TV Apps and easy cable access included with free WiFi! We supply all kitchen appliances and cooking amenities, along with a grill, firepit and patio set in our peaceful yard and decks, where it’s quiet enough to enjoy just listening to the birds chirp. Plenty of deck and yard space to be able to enjoy the privacy of your desired stay! Home includes washer and dryer, fully provided dishware, silverware sets, cooking utensils … everything you need in a kitchen to cook meals, along with plenty of seating space for all to enjoy a nice dinner! We have our bathrooms filled with towels and more. Master bedroom with a king bed, spare room with a queen bed, our third guest room with a queen bed, along with a pull-out queen couch in the family room and a two-person trundle bed in the downstairs family room. Plenty of walkout finished basement space sofas to sleep on, along with Tempur-Pedic air mattresses with all the pillows, sheets and blankets needed upon request. We have also recently added a full-size pool table. We’re looking forward to this next season for our vacationers in this beautifully remodeled home! This house has everything to entertain, outdoor space, dining space, tv space, pooltable, nice bedrooms, plenty of couches for additional sleeping. nice layout for a friends weekend or families with kids. Quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and the lake.

Wonderful Place
We stayed here for our annual summer trip to Lake Geneva. What a great house. The house has everything you need when you’re away from home. All you need are food and drinks. The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are comfortable. We had such a great time. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you. Oh, and the house is stocked with good toilet paper. It’s important y’all.

Fantastic in Fontana!
My friends and I came to town for a weekend of concerts at Alpine Valley. The house was perfect in every way, and everything we needed/wanted was stocked and ready! Everyone was very comfortable and happy all weekend! And to clear up the mystery... There is in fact, a pool table! Thanks for a flawless stay!

Summer Wedding!
We visited Lake Geneva for a long weekend for a family wedding. Traveling with a large family can be challenging at times when it comes to finding proper accommodations. Hotels are fabulous but we have 4 kids ages 6, 9, 11 and 17 so we find getting a house is much more accommodating for our family. This property was perfect. Everyone had their own space, the house is beautiful, kitchen well stocked…even a keurig fully stocked with the pods. Erin our point of contact was very responsive and a delight to communicate with. This property is super close to the beach, the wonderful well known Chucks and about a 12 min drive to the fabulous Pier 290. I recommend this to any couple, group and family to book their stay while visiting the lake. Thank you for making our weekend cozy and comfortable with style.

We cooked our way through a rainy weekend. The house is BEAUTIFUL and impressive. The kitchen is very well appointed with cookware. 5 min walk to the lakefront path and beach. A lovely spot!

This property was very nice. Comfortable in every room. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. Walking distance to the beach which was a main selling point. My only issue was the property advertising . We paid a good price on this rental and it indicated free beach passes which we were told once there they did not have. we had to pay to use the public beach 10 dollars a day for adults. The home also dis not have a pool table as the listing indicates.

The perfect place!
We had a small bachelorette party and needed a place to fit everyone's budget and was modern and this was the perfect place. We didn't need to go out and buy anything and Jeff, the owner, was very quick to respond and let me know what was needed before we left. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nicely renovated and conveniently located.
I came for a golf trip with my dad and 2 brothers. The hose was about 15 minutes away from everything we needed. The house was newly renovated and very nice. It comfortably slept the 4 of us. The description stated it had a pool table, but it does not.

The hosts were completely accommodating and wonderful to work with. The home is newly remodeled and a wonderful experience was had by our family for a Lake Geneva getaway weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone. We are looking forward to our next family getaway in Lake Geneva and will definitely be staying here again
