Come enjoy the best kept secret in Florida in our two story key west style luxury home with breezy balconies and porches. Two master bedrooms with en-suite baths. Spa like tropical surroundings, old Florida neighborhoods and the best beaches to take in the sun, walk, fish or see our turtles and wild life.
There are bicycles for your use ,surf boards, body boards, a beach cart with everything you will need for the day at the beach which is 50 steps away from the house.

Beautiful Beach House

We spent a month at Cocohouse and had a wonderful time. The house is spotless, tastefully decorated, and full of everything you need for a relaxing, fun filled vacation. Luisa is the best host ever! We will be back!

Great house

The house was very clean, well furnished, and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was where we spent the most time at. The beach is a short walk which is nice. The host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful place for family vacation!

We enjoyed our relaxing time here! The pool was warm and backyard is private and beautifully landscaped. The walk to the beach is 3 minutes where we enjoyed boogy boarding, fishing, collecting shells with the kids and going for morning walks with almost no one else around. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one is very well stocked and supplied in the house as well as outside with bikes and kids toys to keep the family entertained. We highly recommend this place to relax and enjoy being in the sun! Thanks for such a great week with the family!

We couldn’t say enough how incredible this property is. Simply exquisite!! The house contains just about anything you may need. Everything was top quality and the host was very accommodating. This property is a dream and my family and I would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home, amazing location, and the BEST host we have ever had!

The property was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect! Luisa is the best host you could ask for. She had everything we needed at the home and more. She kept open communication with us the entire time, especially since we were dealing with weather from Hurricane Milton. Even though we had to leave our vacation a few days early, we had the absolute best experience! We will definitely be going back!!!

Cleanest vacation home!

The only problem we had was learning how to use the pool controls at first but once we learned how to navigate things it became the most amazing time ever. The house was spotless! Lots of pots/pans, dishes, cups/glasses, basically the kitchen was stocked with more supplies than you will ever need. The pool is wonderful. Bikes for rides in the morning. Beach close by. Even when it’s cool outside we still got in the heated pool with water over 90 degrees it was easy to enjoy our stay no matter what the weather was like. Too many nice things to list. The owner was the nicest person, she was patient and kind, helped us with pool daily the first few days. We can’t wait to go back there.
