The Park Avenue two bedrooms-two and a half baths condo is adjacent to the cross country ski trail and within close proximity to the Park City Mountain Resort. The Park Avenue (silver) unit features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room/living room and half bath downstairs with two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. The bedding in Park Avenue 267 offers 2 twins beds in the first bedroom and 1 king bed in the second bedroom. The living room and the master bedroom both offer a new flat screen/smart TV. Other amenities include complimentary wi-fi, carport parking, changing facilities with showers, common area hot tub, laundry room, outdoor heated pool and sauna. This comfortable property is great for families and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. Love this location and communication with the property manager is fantastic. I really appreciated their call to preview the check in process as we were arriving on a holiday. That said, this property is incredibly dated - no updates since originally built! Note: there is no washer/dryer included with this unit (unlike others we have stayed at in this property). Location can't be beat, but that is about where it ends. Master bath sink didn't drain, very few towels, multiple lightbulbs out (2nd bedroom is very dark!), cobwebs in all of the corners, no firewood (even a starter log would have been a nice touch). Not even an afghan on the sofa or a puzzle in the family room. It is a bare bones condo, so bring your own creature comforts.

Condo needs work

This Park Ave unit #267 was the unit we rented. It needs a lot of work. The kitchen faucet was falling off of the sink, light bulbs were burned out, and the biggest issue. No hot water in the upstairs bathrooms. Complained to the property managers, Identity Property Management, who sent someone out immediately, and also immediately, upgraded us to a different and very nice condo in the 3 Kings condo project. Much thanks to Identity Property Management for salvaging what could have been a bad experience.
