The Resort Plaza is comprised of 3 buildings and offers complimentary wi-fi access, elevator service, underground parking, pool and fitness facility off site close by. Resort Plaza condominiums are conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The Resort Plaza 3Bedroom/3Bathroom Gold condo # 5004 is 1700 square feet and offers a dining room/living room with gas fireplace and full kitchen. Bedding in 5004 offers 1king plus 1twin in the first bedroom, 1queen in the second and 2twins in the third bedroom.
There are window Air Conditioning units for the summer months.
This well-appointed rental offers a new in-unit washer and dryer.
~Resort Plaza guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental. Parking is located underneath the Lowell building (parking permit required which will be placed in your rental prior to your arrival date).
~Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay, however, housekeeping services are available for purchase. Please contact our Reservations office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to purchase this service.
~We are unable to accommodate oversized vehicle parking at the Resort Plaza. The height limitation for vehicles to enter the underground parking garage is 6 feet 9 inches. CooperWynn Property Management does not offer an alternative parking location for oversized vehicles.
