Surfside Villa: Yallingup Beach Group Getaway

Surfside Villa offers a welcoming and relaxed stay, perfectly positioned a stone’s throw from Yallingup Beach. Families will love the nearby playground, while hikers can take on the Cape to Cape track or the Wardanup Trail leading to Ngilgi Cave.

The open-plan main living area features comfortable furnishings and a large TV, floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light, and a seamless connection to the private balcony. Here, you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining with glimpses of the ocean through the trees. A well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances sits adjacent to a stylish dining area, making meal preparation a breeze. On the ground level, a secondary living space provides a perfect retreat for children or additional relaxation, complete with another  TV—it opens onto a secure grassed courtyard for alfresco get-togethers.

The primary bedroom with a queen-size bed opens onto the balcony, where you can catch the beach scene, and has its own full ensuite. The second bedroom also comes with a queen, while the third bedroom offers two bunk beds sleeping four. They share the family bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The home is fitted with ducted air-conditioning throughout, ensuring year-round comfort, and also includes WiFi and laundry facilities for your convenience.

Parking is available for one car on-site.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $245. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
