Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

The AC wasn't working in the unit I rented, but the moment I let them know they moved me to another unit on site that was an upgrade. Very receptive and accommodating. Nice compact apartment that met our needs

Nice clean apartment with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the shower was really nice. Great location. Felt safe and secure. Cute place, really liked it, good price Had an issue with door not taking codes Would recommend baking pans/cookie sheets, to use with oven Team BCA Response: Thank you for your stay, we appreciated having you with us during your time in Atlanta. Thank you for your patience with the door codes. While we do our best to avoid any interruptions during guests' stays, sometimes technology has other idea. We appreciate you allowing us to resolve that issue for you. Space is very precious in our Studio Apartments, so we supply just for the essentials for the kitchen. Next time you are with us, I would recommend looking at the 1-bedroom apartments at Brookwood Courtyard. They have a larger kitchen, more pots and pans, and a full-sized gas range.

Perfectly situated, private space with parking.

Everything about this place is great. Central. Parking. Private. Very well serviced. Easy to navigate. Chic rooms have great mattresses and modern touches. All of our studio apartments come with table settings for 4 and some essential cooking utensils, but with the limited space we did not want to overwhelm the kitchen. Our 1 and 2-bedroom apartments have a more extensive kitchen setup and table settings for 6. Next time you visit I would recommend our Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums or Spectacular Suites. 6 weeks in ATL

Thank you for a nice stay. My room was cleaned weekly and was tidy. I did notice that some dirty dishes were placed in the cabinet with clean ones after the cleaning staff did the dishes. I would rather them not do the dishes if they are going to mix clean and dirty together. At least I would know they are still dirty if they are in the sink. The dehumidifier was very useful. I had to empty it twice a week once I figured out what it was. Team BCA Response: Thank you for all your feedback about your stay. I apologize for the dirty dishes. All of them should be cleaned by our housekeeping team prior to arrival and I am sorry for that oversight. The dehumidifiers are a new product we are testing out. The humidity in the South is very strong and we are always looking for better and more efficient ways to combat it. I am glad to hear that they are working well.

Great Location!

The studio was cute and very clean! It has everything you need, including a nice sized fridge and gas stove. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied were amazing and I will probably be ordering some for home use. The only downside was that the bathroom didn't have anywhere to put stuff, like toiletries. The location was amazing and we were just a short walk or drive to anything Atlanta. We would stay again. Team BCA Response: Space can be limited inside our Studio Apartments. We certainly try our best to make as much space as possible. We are glad to hear that did detract from your overall experience. We love our soaps as well. They are available for purchase online at www.yourtheorie.com. They have so many great scents to choose from. Each property we have does have onsite recycling bins, in our welcome packet we note where those bins can be located. Next time you visit us in Atlanta, you can find them in the upper parking lot by the back stairs to the Chic Premium apartments.
