Our house was built in 1837 and is one of Mount Morris oldest homes! It is noted on the state registry as it was the home to Mary Seymour Howell, activist for women s suffrage and colleague of Susan B. Anthony. Situated on a large two acre lot with tons of green space and charm, you will love the quiet neighborhood which is in the heart of the village.
Adjacent to our home are two spacious apartments, the lower one occupied by a tenant and the upper apartment available as an Airbnb for overnight guests or short term travelers.
Your apartment has its own private entrance and parking space available. It is fully furnished and newly renovated with a complete kitchen and four piece bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The large sofa is not a pullout but could comfortably sleep an additional person if needed. The space has complimentary wifi and cable, smart blu ray player, air conditioning, linens, Keurig, microwave, fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, etc.), and enclosed private porch at entrance.

Mount Morris is centrally located to some of the state s greatest attractions to include the Finger Lakes Region and wine trails, Niagara Falls, Stony Brook State Park, the city of Rochester, ski resorts and winter sport interests. We are only 10 minutes from SUNY Geneseo and less than 2 miles from the north entrance to the awe-inspiring Letchworth State Park, voted America s #1 State Park. Livingston County is home to several new upstate breweries and many fine dining restaurants.
