"Sun Villa" - Quiet, cozy 3 bed, 2 bath house with fenced yard

Experience tranquility in this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, featuring a private fenced backyard and state-of-the-art smart security. As you step inside the Sun Villa, you'll be greeted by lightning-fast Wi-Fi, smart technology, and a thoughtfully designed spacious floor plan. Perfect for extended stays, this family- and pet-friendly home is centrally located in the heart of Tampa’s University area, close to Busch Gardens, the University of South Florida, Moffitt Cancer Center, and James A. Haley Veterans Hospital.

The Sun Villa features a large, bright, and open living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a complete kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare meals, and a laundry room. The outdoor patio area includes seating and a charcoal grill, enclosed in a fenced backyard.

During every stay, the entire home is available for our guests to enjoy. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a door code and check-in instructions. While we do not live on site, we are available via a quick message!

DETAILS BY ROOM:

The Living Room - Furnished with a cream sectional sofa, dining room table, and a 50" TV, this is the perfect place to lounge.

The Kitchen - Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and much more!

The Rooms – Featuring clean white linens with light comforters, all rooms are equipped with iHome clocks. The master suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a stand-up glass shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a large guest bathroom that is close to both rooms.

Outdoor - A patio with plenty of seating, good lighting, and a charcoal grill transforms this outdoor living space into the perfect place to unwind.

Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. All areas of the house are for the guests to utilize. We do have a linen closet that is locked because it is used for storing cleaning products and extras. Please don't disturb this area; please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay.

We are committed to providing you with a clean, sanitary place to stay. Here are the highlights of our sanitation policy:

- We have enhanced our cleaning schedule, thoroughly sanitizing each vacation home before and after occupancy, putting additional focus on the sanitation of high-touch areas.

- We clean each room using extensive checklists, and we wear protective equipment while cleaning.

- We have adopted the CDC’s cleaning and disinfection guidelines, including the use of cleaning products on the EPA-registered disinfectant list.

- We wash all linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests between each booking.

- We are making soap and surface sanitation supplies available to you during your stay to use at your discretion.

- We continue to offer contactless check-in and check-out.

HOUSE RULES:

- Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150). We will send you info to pay the pet fee after booking.

- Commercial Photography/Video filming or publication is strictly prohibited without written consent of the owner.

- We DO NOT offer a lost and found. Please be sure you have ALL of your personal possessions prior to leaving.

- A LATE CHECK-OUT FEE of $300 will apply.

- We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy. In the event trace smoke or ashes are found, a $250 smoking fee will be assessed at check-out.

- Minimum age for booking is 25.
