This condo has been remodeled since the recent hurricane's and is available for rental occupancy - the beach is open!

Bonita Beach Club continues to rebuild while re-opening in a limited capacity since recent hurricanes. Bonita Beach Club is a "CONSTRUCTION ZONE!" and the City of Bonita Springs has granted a temporary certificate of occupancy while Bonita Beach Club completes the resotration of the common area amenities. This includes but not limited to ongoing construction around the complex and common areas of the property. The pool, fitness center & game room are currently closed. The pool is estimated to be reopended on or before February 15, 2025 but is subject to change. The Bonita Beach Club condo association requries all owners, guests & renters to sign a construction disclaimer/waiver prior to occupancy. Management will send a copy of the disclaimer/waiver after your booking reservation.

This beautiful Bonita Beach Club condo has been newly remodeled since the hurricane and the current interior photos are an accurate, up to date representation of the condo. The photos of the exterior condo complex and amenities, to include but not limited to the pool, tennis courts, fitness center, amenity center and common area were taken pre-hurricane. The remaining amenities are estimated to be completed on or before February 28, 2025. Actual completion is subject to factors outside of the general contractor's control, to include but not limited to inclement weather, post construction permitting inspections, labor and supply chain issues. We will update the condo complex and amenity photos with new photos as soon as the complex and amenities are completed. The beach is beautiful and ready for your enjoyment!

While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible from this condo complex.
