Fabulous and highly desirable Old Naples. South Beach Club Condo located at the corner of 3rd Street South and 11th Ave., South. Two bedroom, two baths with large kitchen and full lanai. Second floor unit with elevator access. A short 2 block walk to the beach, 2 blocks to the 3rd St. business district and 5 blocks to 5th Avenue, the heart of Old Naples. This is a very private well maintained building with only 18 units and private pool area. Nicely decorated and furnished. You will not be disappointed. A 3 month minimum rental is required by the Association bylaws.
