Have the ultimate lakefront vacation at this 3-bed, 2 bath newly renovated vacation/cottage rental on Coldwater Lake, MI in Shawnee Shoals neighborhood. This cozy cottage is 1,400 feet and can sleep 8-10 guest.
During the Summer months launch your boat for a memorable day on the water or enjoy your day swimming off the dock and playing in the sand. Your boat can remain at our dock during your stay.
During the winter months this is the perfect location for ice fishing and snowmobiling.
Fully equipped with all your needs: central air, electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, linens, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, 5 flat-screen Smart televisions, waterfront deck with outdoor furniture, propane grill (available Memorial-Labor Day), Solo Stove fire pit (available Memorial Day-Labor Day), 3 kayaks (available Memorial-Labor Day), 1 paddle board (available Memorial-Labor Day), full fridge, mini fridge, coffee pot, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and more.

Enjoy 16 miles of connecting lakes all the way to Marble lake. Coldwater lake is known for its excellent fishing and water sports such as skiing, wake boarding, tubing, and ice fishing. It is also known for its popular sandbars throughout the chain of lakes. Within 10 minutes there are two golf courses, Iyopawa Island and Bella Vista. Downtown Coldwater is just 10 minutes away for restaurants, shopping, Go-Kart tracks, grocery stores and movie theaters.

Awesome house on the lake

Loved the house very cozy, and the outdoor patio is off the chart nice!! Loved all the seating and the beach area was clean and the water was clear and beautiful. Loved our stay and we’ll tell many people about it ❤️

Annual Family Vacation

This is our second year back at this lake house and it's a perfect fit for our annual family vacation. The backyard patio and grass area is perfect for any type of activities we wanted to do and also gave us some cover from rain to still be able to enjoy the outside! Looking forward to coming back next year.

Fabulous lake house!

Perfect Summer Vacation Spot.

The house has everything you need and more. The dock is perfect for any type of boat. Great beach for the days you do not want to go out on the water. Great rooms and awesome collection of board games. This is my go to place every year.

Summer vacation June 2024

Spent a week here with our kids and grandkids. This home was very welcoming. The accommodations were great! The outside area was amazimg, tons of spots to relax. The kids had a great time playing in the beach area. The piers were great for fishing and It was a nice a quite area of the lake.

Wonderful getaway!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean and well stocked with items. The quiet “cul de sac” was perfect for kayaking and hanging out, and the back patio area was absolutely wonderful! We spent most of our time there when we weren’t out boating!

Serene get-sway

This was an amazing stay. Very relaxing and quiet. Lots to do on the lake. Our adult children used the kayaks and paddle board daily. Great location if you need last minute items. The house was nicely appointed and had just about everything one might need for cooking meals. We only ate out once.

Golf Weekend

6 of us stayed at the house and there was plenty of room for all. Very clean and everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Close to 2 wonderful golf courses (Bella Vista and Coldwater Golf Club) 5 stars for the house, golf and restaurants at the golf courses.

Wonderful!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for our annual “Momcation” and it was perfect! We particularly enjoyed the back porch, awesome chaise lounges, and space to float in the water. The master bed is incredibly comfortable. We loved our time at the cottage and would definitely return!

Loved this rental ❤️ Easy to get to off the highway and very quiet and peaceful channel with easy access to main lake. Plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained for all 5 days !!! Plenty of sleeping room and very clean and updated house . I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to have a nice getaway on the lake 😊

Just perfect!

This is cottage is just perfect. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. The location with the sandy beach outside is fantastic. There is plenty of room for parking. The cottage is very well taken care of and exceeded our expectations.

Chillin' on the Lake Cul-D-Sac

Great little home with newer updates and amazing outdoor area on a quite "culdesac" area of Coldwater lake. Beach area is great for swimming, we had two toddlers on the trip that wanted to spend all day in the sand. Patio furniture and setup is great, as well as the campfire setup.

Peacefull lake house

The lake house was nice and quite. We stayed mid October. The lake was freezing but that didnt stop our 2 kids 2 & 4 from playing in it. The house fit our needs well. Only downside was the rotten egg smell from the faucet water. I was told well water can be like that. Maybe there is a filter or something to help? We would stay again. Owner was very responsive.

Book Club Getaway

This was a perfect place for our quick getaway with friends. The weather was not the nicest but we could still be outside due to the covered patio. The outdoor space was our favorite part! The only struggle we had were the mattresses on the bunk beds. I’m sure they would be fine for my kids but were a little harder for us to sleep on as adults. Overall, we had a great trip and would definitely book here again!
