Golf Villa 70 is an exceptionally well situated three bedroom Golf Villa located next to the 14th fairway of the Links golf course.

The villa has panoramic views of the 14th and 15th fairways and greens, the fairway lake and our garden.

The villa is a short walking distance to Minitas beach and the hotel facilities.

The Villa is staffed by Julie, our housekeeper/ cook. Julie is fluent in English and Spanish.

Casa de Campo is a gated resort community that charges a daily resort fee of $25 per adult per day for entry and use of resort facilities. Details below.

DESCRIPTION

The villa is a traditional golf villa design with mahogany louvered windows and wrap around screened veranda. Local artists have painted some of the furniture and walls.

The villa receives the morning sun and is positioned to receive the afternoon breezes. It is a perfect environment to relax and enjoy Casa de Campo.

Two of the bedrooms are adjacent to the screened veranda and living room. One bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom, with a queen bed, is in a private area down a hallway from the main villa living areas. The three bedrooms are air conditioned.

The villa is centrally located on the Links golf course a 12-15 minute walk to Minitas beach or 15-20 walk to the hotel. The beach and hotel have excellent pool and restaurant facilities. The Marina with all its restaurants and stores is a 10 minute drive from the villa. . Altos de Chavón is also a short drive away. Golf Villa 70 has three private parking spaces in front of the villa.

The villa has Internet and Casa de Campo cable tv. If you wish a broader tv viewing experience, bring your own Apple TV, Fire Stick or Roku type streaming device and plug it into the tv.

The villa is staffed by Julie, our housekeeper/ cook and Papo, our gardener. Julie works from approximately 9am to 2pm each day. Ask her to arrive later, if you wish privacy in the morning.

Julie is fluent in both Spanish and English and has a wealth of knowledge of the resort and area. Julie is a good cook. She can prepare meals from groceries that you purchase.

On your arrival. Julie will greet you and show you the villa. Please let me know your estimated time of arrival, so I can alert her. **CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEES**

Casa de Campo is a secure gated resort community of over 10 square miles. Like many resorts these days, Casa de Campo charges a daily resort fee.

If you are already in Casa de Campo or have access to Casa de Campo, the below registration and fee information does not apply.

Guests must register with the resort and pay a mandatory resort fee of $25 per adult per day to enter Casa de Campo and use the resort facilities. The fee for children ages 4-12 is $12 per child per day. This fee is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival and you will receive a guest card for use in the resort.

Registered resort guests are granted full access to resort areas and amenities including advance golf reservations, special discounted golf rates, beach and pool access, tennis, golf cart rentals and medical services.

Stays of 28 days or more are not subject to daily resort fees.
