This spectacular, popular, double storey contemporary home is an absolute delight. With a meticulously designed interior, catering for all your needs, you are sure to be impressed just like the many guests who have stayed in the past and loved it.

Located within close proximity to the beach and town centre, the property is nestled in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet location, in a lovely part of Apollo Bay.

Featuring upstairs living area opening to a north facing deck area. The large open plan kitchen and dining offers vistas toward the Apollo Bay township.

The 1st level has been cleverly designed, with a division between the kitchen, dining area and living area. From the living are there is a 2-way entry. Kitchen features electric hotplates and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine & coffee grinder, toaster and kettle, sandwich press & rice cooker. Dining table with 8 chairs, highchair and seating along the kitchen breakfast bar.

-Lounge has a 3-seater, 2-seater couch and 2 armchairs. TV, DVD, Music player and ceiling fans. A selection of videos, books and games are available for use during your stay. There are 2 reverse cycle A/C units upstairs, one in the living area & one in the kitchen & dining areas.

-Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, side tables and lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fan, wall mounted TV / DVD, wall mounted Nobo heating, full length doors opening to a front deck area. Large modern ensuite with shower, vanity, heated towel rails and toilet.

-Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, side tables and lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, wall mounted Nobo heating and floor length windows, with door opening to outside area.

-Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk, ceiling fan, side tables, lamps, chest of drawers, wall mounted Nobo heating, bean bag seating area.

-Large modern bathroom with separate bath, separate shower, heated towel rails and vanity. Separate toilet

Fantastic house!

Red Salt was awesome, had everything we needed, clean, super comfortable, lots of room, and great location! Beautiful view from the back decking/balcony that we could relax and enjoy the peacefulness and hear the ocean. Another great feature of this beautiful house was that it is pet friendly and fenced off, our dogs had a great stay as well! We would definitely like to return and stay again.

Poorly maintained for the price

A nice house. But in need of maintenance and deep cleaning. Both couches were collapsed in their centres and unsuitable for comfortable use. There was rubbish from previous visitors etc etc For the price, we expected better.

Short getaway

A great functional house for teenagers needing their own space. Heavy machinery and development of a new estate at the rear of the property was distracting during working hours.

Beautiful property under appreciated.

The whole booking and checking in process by the property managers were really good. The property is beautifully designed with thoughtful layout, well equipped kitchen and generally cleaned well. Some water damage to shower 2. Quiet and located near the dead end of street gives good privacy. Some negatives - No WiFi or internet and TV is too tired and not a match for premium accommodation. - items not cleaned by management could be dirty, oily residue in microwave, stains in fridge and lots of animal hair in books and crannies like bean bag, garage, washing machine and dryer lint filter was chockers. BBQ pit was greasy. Perhaps to be fair this may have been left in the state by previous renters. We spent about 2 hours cleaning up after checking in and was not happy. In short full of promise and beautiful place but let down by cleanliness.

Just what we needed

Great modern home with all the things you know you need to run a household even when on holiday. Fortunate that our dogs could stay in the backyard which meant they had a well earned break too! House well stocked with cleaning and washing products too😃

Fabulous location and beautifully presented

My family stayed here for a long weekend. The home is beautifully presented and a 10-15min walk to the town Centre (a great shortcut directly out of the house and down the hill the locals have made a small bridge to cross the river - reduces the walk from 30mins to 15). Shame you have to bring your own sheets and towels but all in all we had a fab stay. Our dogs loved it too!
