Do you hear that? The beach is calling! We all seem to be tuned into its mesmerizing surf song yet rarely have the opportunity to answer! Thus the reason for Costa del Sol A2- its so close to the emerald waves of the Gulf Coast that you’ll feel completely immersed in all its wonder.

Not only is Costa del Sol A2 incredibly close to the water’s edge, it brings the outside in via its very well done beach decor scheme. As soon as the front door opens you’ll be thrilled with the clean tile floors accented by modern tones of teal and tan, designer furnishings with a shabby-chic finish, and coastal-inspired art. Also on the entry level is the open kitchen that boasts a beautiful slab of granite counters and all the accoutrements any good cook would need. Beyond the kitchen and living room is the middle beachfront porch- one of three! Each level has furnished balconies with views so perfect you’re sure to daydream about it later.

Apart from its idyllic decor and spot directly on the beach, Costa del Sol A2 is nearby to lots of great shopping, restaurants- including local favorite Pompano Joes, and golf courses...if you can pull yourself away from its mesmerizing balconies that is!

Per Homeowner Association rules; absolutely no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Great Location

This is a beautiful two bedroom condo. Plenty of room to spread out. There is a full kitchen. The beach is absolutely beautiful.

Spring Break

Property was very nice, great location. The only issue is the back sliding glass door out to the beach. You must leave it unlocked, as it’s the only access for you to the beach. It would be nice if there was a way to secure your items and just the place in general while at the beach. Not very comforting.

Amazing location, right on the beach. The place was very clean and comfortable. Outstanding view from the living room and master bedroom. Beach chairs were a very nice perk and there’s a beachfront bar just a short walk away. Parking was convenient right in front of the unit. No complaints.

property location is excellent. property itself was not in the best shape. bugs and dirt in the kitchen light fixture, plumbing was shoddy and the laundry room was a moldy dungeon. That said the beach view is amazing.

Perfect beach house!

This townhouse was perfect for our family of four and the views were just stunning! The decor is charming and the entire place was spotless when we arrived. The direct access to the beach and the daily beach service umbrella and chairs made it so convenient to run back and forth for items we forgot or to grab a snack. Once we arrived we didn’t want to leave to go anywhere else! The location in Miramar Beach was a little calmer and quieter than Destin, which we preferred, but was right across the street from a beach shop and ice cream, and minutes from amazing restaurants like Pompano Joe’s, Fat Clemenza’s, and the Surf Hut, so we didn’t feel we were missing anything. I would highly recommend this house for those who want to spend a lot of time on the beach without intense crowds, and who don’t mind driving 15 minutes into Destin.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at Miramar and the location was excellent for a family of 4! The only issues we had was that the living room furniture needs to be replaced- the sofa was broken down and uncomfortable and the the 2 chairs had stains on them. There was also a musky smell in the house which did improve once we opened the house up. Another recommedation would be to update the upstairs bathrooms which were really outdated. The view was amazing, right on the beach, and it was within walking distance to restaurants and right across the street from an Alvin's Island gift store!

Stay in A-2

We were pleased with the property. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. There was good communication from the property management company. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and maintenance came promptly, were very courteous and got it fixed quickly. There is a washer and dryer in the lower level which is nice, but you do have to go outside to access it. The beach is listed as a private beach, but the space is not respected as such by other beach goers and not really much to do about that so at times it felt like our beach space was compromised. Before the last day of our stay, we received a text offering to extend our visit one more day to which I promptly responded "yes please" and followed by agreeing on the price for the extra night and I once again agreed and confirmed. The next day I received our check out email so I text the property manager if there was anything else I needed to do to extend our stay as we had texted about. They then redacted the offer and said the property was no longer available. Overall, still a good stay and property.

Nice condo

Overall a nice place to stay at the beach. We very much enjoyed the condo and it’s clean and well furnished. Everything we needed for cooking and entertaining was available. The master bedroom balcony was a super plus. Could use a few repairs, specifically, the patio door lock upstairs and towel rack in master bath. Additionally, I would have felt safer had I been able to lock our patio doors in the back from the condo to the beach. While at the beach, we were required to leave the door unlocked and I didn’t especially care for that but we had no issues so it was fine of course. The neighbors were polite and no noise issues. Parking is tight so be prepared for that!

Great family vacation

The location and the property are excellent. The beach front access and the view were fantastic. 2 chairs and an umbrella get setup on the beach every morning. It was quite and relaxing even during spring break. There is however a lower floor where there is a laundry room (Picture 9 of the picture deck provided). It smelled very moldy to the point you can smell it on the main floor and the rest of the property. We tried to keep the property ventilated so it won't smell too bad. The water spigot outside does not work (picture 12). We had to ask the Neighbours if we can use their spigot to wash our feet before going into the property. Other items need to be replaced such as the beach chairs, washer and dryer. Bring your own beach towels (none are provided). Also, if you are planning on cooking at the property, no community pantry is available. I guess all the items left behind gets thrown away after each renter. The property manager were very professional, responsive, and punctual.

Best location

My best friend and I come every year, same beach (Marimar) , this was our first stay at the property. great location. And all in all we had a wonderful stay. There were little annoyance but easily overcame. 1. Main water line broke while there. So no water for 1/2 a day, once water was restored it came out brown for several hours… 2. We got a text 2 days before leaving that that said our thermostat informed them that our battery was low and that someone was coming by and that we didn’t need to be there. I had a little problem with this, since all of our cash and jewelry was out. So I had to leave the beach to go back and put away everything. 3. An hour after the battery was changed, I got another text saying someone need to come in and change the filter. I replied back, why didn’t you change the filter when you were in there the last hour to change the battery. 4. Vacuum on site needs to be replaced. It smelled terrible and didn’t vacuum anything. 5. The pans need to be replaced. Non were flat at the bottoms and Teflon coating peeling… Regarding our stay. Beds were comfortable, we are at the beach 10 hours a day, reading so this unit provided most of what we need. Place to sleep, cook, eat and convenient. And beach service is a must and wonderful add to this rental. says 2 parking spaces, but there is really only one. If you park at A2 in front of unit and a car is in A1 and a truck is in A3, you will be trapped in for hours…

Great Beach Location

My wife and I choose this rental as a well-needed get away after the last year and a half. We really enjoyed the unit and the owner/property manager were great to work with. Our flight got in a little bit earlier than expected and they graciously allowed us to enter the unit an hour early. This was very much appreciated! The location has direct beach access and multiple balconies to enjoy the outdoor setting. As others have mentioned, the primary balcony brings you close to your neighbors but we were fortunate to have great guests staying on both sides of us so it wasn't an issue. One item to note is that there are reserved beach chairs and an umbrella put out each day for the guest which really helped but on a busy day, people that were just trying to find a spot to post up would try to impede on our space. It wasn't a huge issue but I don't know if there is a better way to enforce the reservation process so that those folks aren't allowed on that portion of the beach. One additional thing to note is that the parking is tricky. I know that others have mentioned that but the parking space in front of the unit is tough to navigate so try to use the parallel parking space if you're able. We originally were not going to get a car but Uber around but I'm glad that we rented a car. One of the Uber drivers mentioned that the number of drivers has decreased due to the pandemic so if you have an option, I would go with the car as we found ourselves driving a little bit more than anticipated. One item for the owners is that the sliding door on the main level was a little loose. You might want to have your maintenance team check it out. Overall, even though we were rained out for a good bit of our trip, we enjoyed the trip! We loved the direct beach access, the unit was well maintained, the owner/property manager were attentive and answered any questions. We would suggest this property for anyone looking for a good Destin getaway.

Guaranteed great vacation here

This townhome is located on the beach, with a few steps on the sand to the ocean’s edge. With two little kids, this was ideal. Chairs and an umbrella were set up daily, which was so nice not to have to carry and set up. The townhome has 3 decks, one off each floor for viewing the beach and water, grilling, sipping your drink and dining. The kitchen was better stocked with newer dishes/cookware/serving ware than anywhere we’ve stayed. The furnishings were very beautiful, beachy, lovely, bravo! It was a pleasure spending time inside too. And the master bedroom gets tons of light from the balcony, it’s beautiful. This townhome is across the street from a souvenir shop, so walk a few steps to shop and take a break from the sun. It’s close to many restaurants and the outlet mall. On the beach, it’s a short pleasant walk to a restaurant with walk up bar on the beach for drinks, food and music. My kids even shared a virgin strawberry daiquiri and danced with other kids! What a cute night of memories. There are just a few small things I mention to renters/owners that might improve the already excellent stay (keep in mind we would stay again, these are minor adjustments to perfect the stay): -Renters: You have two parking spots, but the one in front of the unit is difficult to use if renters in the two flanking spaces are parked, you are wedged in due to a retaining wall, but we just used the other spot given. -Owner: The lowest level of the townhome is storage and washer/dryer accessed from outside stairs. There is a dirty non working mini fridge down there that should be removed, I opened it upon arrival not knowing and it was very gross. Hopefully the owners plan to finish the lower level for more living space or a finished laundry area like some of the other units. Seems like a waste of beachfront square footage! -Owner: the upstairs master bath just needs a few quick finishes. Finish painting above the shower, tighten the bath faucet, and replace the shower curtain liner which is pink with mildew. Again, just a few minor suggestions, we loved our stay, we strongly recommend this beachfront townhome to families big and small, or even couples!

Wonderful place to stay!

My only complaint about this unit is the parking. The spot is in the most odd placement and difficult to get in and out of if the neighboring condos are parked in their spot. The location is great! Very clean! When I contacted management about a few problems, they responded quickly and sent out maintenance in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend staying in this unit!

Only one issue

The parking spots were difficult to get in to and people parked in our spots several times. Other than that, the place was perfect. Easy walk from room to beach and plenty of beach toys were available for the kids. The place was clean and spacious. Very easy to book, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We absolutely loved it!

Beautiful

This condo is gorgeous! 3 levels (which i didn't realize). Very quiet too, we never heard any inside noise from neighbors at all. Thanks to reading another review here, I did find the washer and dryer units on the beach level (same door code as the main door). We never parked in the spot directly in front of the condo due to space. A1 and A3 were being used, and there's virtually no space to park there. We used the 2nd parking spot, which worked great for us. The water was amazing. Our 2 kids ised some of the beach toys under the steps and had a blast! Alvin's is right across the street, so we visited there a few times. We also did the harborwalk, ate at Fudpuckers, AJ's, and got ice cream. We will definitely visit this place again!
