W0404: This newly renovated modern unit has everything you want and more! With two large bedrooms and all new furnishings, this 4th floor unit has a flat screen TV in each room. This unit is on the west side of Eden and has breathtaking panoramic views up and down the emerald coast. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own private bathroom that features a Tiled walk in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has a Queen and a twin sized bed. The living area includes a new 65 inch SMART flat screen TV and smart blu-ray player and sound bar, a sofa sleeper, a wine cooler and comfortable seating. The updated kitchen is definitely one of a kind with brand new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters, eating in is a pleasure! Full size washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi.
