Splendid apartment on the 15th and last floor with a large terrace, breathtaking panoramic views of Casablanca, with its various monuments and buildings. Close to various retaurants, bars , coffee places, markets etc.. You will feel on top of the city in this one of a kind flat, where you can watch both sunrise and sunset over the whole city. You ll have a parking spot for your car, an elevator, nice neighbors etc.. There is a tram stop in front of the building, a train station 2 minutes away. Downtown is very close. You will have everything you need close by.

Studio spacieux et bien équipé. Une terrasse d'où l'on a une vue sur la ville.Proche de la gare et le tram. Bon contact avec Amine. Cela devient pour moi une adresse à retenir

Some of the amenities need to be renewed ie electric kettle, room door handle bad, ironing board bro

The property view and location is very good. close to the tram. We need microwave in the property.
