A perfect rental home for you and your family with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Upon entering this lovely home, you will find the comfortable living room and dining area.

This rental home is beautifully decorated with a large open gourmet kitchen and adjoining breakfast area. It is very spacious and has an ideal split floor plan and is beautifully decorated throughout. Lush landscaping surrounds our tropical Coconut Beach House. This beautiful 1800 sq ft rental home is located within walking distance to the sand.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Executive pool home will sleep 12 guests comfortably. Our Coconut Beach House features the Primary bedroom with a King bed, the second bedroom with a Queen bed, the third bedroom 2 queen beds, the 4th bedroom has Bunk beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. We offer linens, WiFi, bbq grill, a full kitchen, laundry room, private swimming pool and all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation!

Our Coconut Beach House is a unique rental home in North Clearwater Beach. In addition to the ideal location, enjoy a lovely private pool. The backyard offers a bbq grill for your cooking pleasure and a private swimming pool. This beach house is ideal for a family vacation, reunions, corporate groups, short and long term renters or just a relaxing getaway.

Clearwater Beach is one of the top destinations in the country. Many family-friendly activities, great restaurants, amazing views, unlimited shopping and much more. Come and enjoy what Clearwater Beach and our Coconut Beach House have to offer.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Great location - so-so house

Just blocks from the beach, it’s a fantastic location. The pool is nice enough. The house could use some updates but since the cost was less this can be overlooked

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photo makes the pool look huge when it's actually pretty small. There's small print in the listing stating you have to pay $35 plus tax to use the pool heat each day. It wasn't even working when we wanted it to, and I was told it would be turned on. The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms. Confusing/maze-like layout though!

Coconut Beach House was a great property had clean linens, clean sheets, towels, all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The property was well-maintained. Convenient location I would recommend it.

Very disappointed, house is in need of maintenance

An hour before we were to check into the house I recieved a call that the laundry room flooded and they cancelled our stay. They said they just rented out the other property and nothing they could do. We were already on Clearwater beach at the aquarium waiting for check in. Luckily we were able to obtain a double room suit at a hotel on the island. It had only rained for an hour while we were at the Aquarium, they said the roof leaked and flooded the laundry during that hour rain. If that is indeed the case it sounds like they need to do maintenance and inspect before renting it out. Very disappointing and could have completely ruined the vacation.

Ok, but lots of holes in walls at outlets and switches that let in roaches - killed two monstrous beasts. Backyard not really child friendly, and definitely not as nice as the photos make it look. No laundry detergent so we didn’t wash any towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This trip was a lot of firsts - first time in Clearwater Beach, renting through this company, and travelling with a toddler and pregnant. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. Leading up to the trip, Beach Time Rentals was very responsive and kind. The house was spacious and clean. You cannot beat the location - Easy walk to the beach access and trolley stop to take you closer to Pier 60. We hung out on the front almost as much as we did the backyard pool - a nice grassy area for kids to run around. Not a knock on anyone, just useful information for future renters - they are very strict with the 10am check out time. We had someone sitting outside of the house starting at 9:45am the day of check out. He didn't rush us, we were loading the suitcases in the car and doing the final walk through by that point, but it does add a little stress knowing someone is waiting on you. If we return to Clearwater Beach, we would absolutely consider renting this exact house again.

Red Tide event. Not the beach holiday we had expected.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodation was in a quiet, safe residential area, 250 metres from the beach. The house was perfectly adequate for our group of six adults and two children. The air conditioning worked well and the pool was heated to 85 degrees F, although the heating switched off on our second last day. There is an extra charge of $35/day for heating the pool.The house was selected because of its close proximity to Clearwater Beach, regarded as one of the finest in the USA. Unfortunately, we could not use the beach for the first four days of our six day stay, because of a Red Tide event, which was unknown to us and not flagged up beforehand as a possibility. This event is an algae bloom, karenia brevis, which is toxic to fish and causes skin and eye irritation and breathing problems for humans, with the air having a sulphurous smell. Fortunately, the house was far enough away from the smell not to cause concern in the pool. The shoreline was littered with dead fish adding to the smell and we were surprised that it took the city authorities so long to clean the beach

Winter getaway from MN snow

We had a wonderful time with our family of 7 included twin 3 year olds and a 10 yr old! The ocean is close within walking distance- which we did daily -even with the high winds we had on the first couple days. The pool was the best part for the twins and they would have been happy to stay there everyday if not for the playground at Pier 60! With had a small problem with the power but Mona was great and we had the problem fixed quickly. Would love to come back to this place again!!

We met two adult dolphins and their baby in the bay a few blocks east of our “home” and the sunsets to the west ion the gulf side, just a few blocks west of our “home” were a nightly joy!
