Washer and dryer sounds like an airplane taking off, couldn't talk over the noise. We loved the location and views.

The shuttle was very convenient to take us the Target for groceries. We took full advantage of the private pool and the Margaritaville blender. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, plus there are 2 half baths (one outside next to the pool).We would definitely return for another trip!

Best cottage ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage was handicapped accessible in the first floor living space and worked out perfect for my husband. Accurate description of property and was clean and well maintained. Excellent customer service and easy to get to. Lots of shops and restaurants close by without having to go on the highway. I would rent this cottage again. Only complaint I have is the “fitted”bed sheet did not cover the entire mattress and our feet rested on the mattress pad.

Our two kids loved the private pool. We felt safe with alarm system leading into the pool area. Access to the resort was great and only a short walk. Only critique (and a very small one) is it would have been nice if they would supply more garbage bags for the place and maybe a broom or vacuum to keep tidy yourself during the stay.

Would definitely stay again. Staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. On the downside, for the number of people the house slept could have used more towels, one towel per person does not seem enough. I did ask for more towels and was told we should use the washer and dryer which was fine. Did have problem with ants around the margarita machine and no skimmer for the pool and had to call to have to have the pool serviced due to debris and fishy smell.

Fan on balcony does not work, fan in bedroom on 2nd floor does not work, air conditioning went out (it was 90 degrees outside) took HOURS to contact someone ... NO ONE would answer the phone when they finally answered it was over an hour for help to arrive and then took almost another hour to "reprogram", frozen concoction machine does not work, and of course the dreaded cockroaches on 2nd floor, pool was filthy upon arrival. also, our feet were black with in 5 minutes of removing our shoes .... floors were very dirty.

The room with 2 beds on the 2nd flr is also are average size, but the other rooms are massive. 2 of the rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor has private balconies. Check in was seamless. Our house was ready 30 mins early. The resort itself was beautiful with lots to do. Shopping plaza loaded with restaurants , shopping & a movie theater that serves dinner is literally across the street from the resort. Smart tvs in every room. My daughter loved the pool & hottub. There's a switch on the outside wall to turn on the hottest & There's a pool alarm whenever the outside door is left on to prevent accidental drownings which is great. They do need to supply pool towels for the backyard pool & hot tub. It forces you to use one of your 2 bath towels. Bring trash bags & toilet paper because once you run out they don't replenish. I would stay here again.

Underwhelming

This property needs an update. The couches were so dirty I wouldn’t sit on them. I’m not sure where all the extra money we’re paying for cleaning fees is going to? The common areas to include the living room, dining room and kitchen are incredibly small. The washing machine sounded like it was going to take flight and was so loud we had to turn it off. Having your own hot tub and pool was nice, but the pool is a very small square. They also need to provide more linens and blankets. It was very nice having five bedrooms; however, for the money I would not recommend this listing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a good property. Bedrooms were large, beds and pillows were comfortable. The hot tub and pool were great, and their heating system worked well. Its location on property was great, and it was convenient to the amusement parks. The outdoor living space was also great, with porches off 2 bedrooms and a nice patio around the pool. Things that keep it from a 5 star rating:- Living area was a bit small compared to its sleeping capability.- Pretty poorly stocked, especially the kitchen. Utensil were minimal, with several broke. There were no dish cloths or dish towels.- Main TV was missing a remote, and 2 calls for help were not responded to. We had to try and make due all week.- The electronic lock on the door to the pool locked on its own a few times, once leaving parents locked out of a house with toddlers sleeping inside. - Could use dressers in the bedrooms.Couches were getting a bit worn. Despite the long list of things that kept it from being a 5 star rating, we were pretty pleased with the property, and would stay here again.

2021 Vacation
