Our spacious three bedroom beachfront retreats offer up to 1,627 square feet of fully furnished living space, perfect for a long vacation on Anna Maria Island. Each suite offers two to three bathrooms, washer and dryer and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private deck or balcony.

Our vacation rental interiors are professionally and artistically decorated with the perfect combination of warmth and luxury. Each suite features marble in the kitchen and bathrooms, polished pine flooring throughout, luxurious fabrics and a separate dining area. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances makes for effortless entertaining.

This three bedroom residence can accommodate 6 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 8 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom.

Featuring historically inspired architecture and craftsmanship, professionally designed interiors, authentic pine flooring, designer fabrics and comfortable furniture. Mainsail Beach Inn units offer direct beach access, heated resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside grill, private beach lounge chairs & umbrellas and bicycle rentals.

They were still in the recovery mode from 2 major hurricanes but it still is a beautiful and relaxing place .

Close to everything but on a quieter part of island which we prefer.short walk to AMI Fitness. (Great gym) Easy walk to Waterline and Chateau restaurant. Ground floor was still under repair but was not really a problem. Beach clean and as beautiful as ever! Matthew (property manager) is the absolute best!!! One of the reasons we have returned. Hardest worker and nicest guy. Anna Maria still under repair but unbelievable recovery already. Most restaurants open and plenty of options.

The unit had everything we could possibly need. It was well decorated. I understand the comments related to wear & tear on the unit, but it’s primarily the living & dining room furniture - it wouldn’t prevent me from renting this unit again. We had a parking spot for the rental car. The pool is small, but it was rarely occupied, so often we had it to ourselves plus it had some shade. The employees were so kind and very accommodating on the rare occurrence that we needed anything. Mainsail is conveniently located in AMI. The beach is steps away, we loved the view from our deck/room, beautiful sunsets!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area is amazing and the Inn is very nice too. The unit 7 we stayed in needs some work though. The dining seating is worn and torn and needs repair. The couch and chairs need cleaning. The sliding glass doors are difficult to open and close and some don't even lock. The dishwasher gasket wasn't completely attached so it made it difficult to run. The unit desperately needs TLC. The staff was great though and very accommodating. I would recommend staying in another unit, I saw a couple others and they looked great.

Another great week at Mainsail

This is our second time at Mainsail and we have already booked next year. This is one of the best spots on Anna Marie Island. Extremely nice place to stay and right on the beach!

Amazing stay

I have never written a review for anything in the past but I feel that I needed to write a review as this place was outstanding. Stayed with my 3 small children for our first family trip and the location, beach, pool and room was outstanding. Everything was so clean and quiet. Would definitely return in the future. Thank you for our wonderful stay, we made great memories! Our kids are already asking to return.

Absolutely Perfect Location

The location can't be beat - wonderful sunset views and immediately overlooking the beach. We had 4 generations there and all loved it. Matthew was especially helpful at the front desk.
