Very nice house. 3rd bedroom had air matress for bed. Couch was super comfortable and slept 3 children. There was a playground in back yard but not put together. House is right by interstate so was noisey at times. Initially had trouble getting ahold of owners to check in but then were very easy once we were checked in. Master bedroom was awesome bed comfy. I couldn’t get the tv to work though. Overall a great value for staying in Tampa!

Place is as advertised, very equipped, and it's location is a plus. Tom is accessible by phone but I don't believe he lives in the city. The place was not cleaned when we arrived but perhaps Tom entrusted this responsibility on someone local who was a no show; but I did a thorough clean using most of the supplies that was in the house. The only other complain we had was the alarm kept going off and we didn't know how to shut it off.

Nitemare on Elm street

Arrived at house da house was nasty beyond repair. Kitchen, bathrooms n bedrooms were so nasty. So some 1 had a wild party with food n alcohol all over house. Then the owner Mr. London didn't have the house clean or ready for my arrival n then took a minute 2 get him 2 call about house. I was very disappointed with da house n long story short i was able 2 a refund right there n found other accommodations. Only i can say da house was just like da pictures showed just nasty as hell. Was very disappointed with whole situation. Just be aware when renting this property

My experience renting this property was great the house was beautiful, clean and felt like home it was near the places we wanted to visit i would definitely rent again when visiting Tampa The property manager was very helpful and always available Thanks for having us
