Relax and enjoy the panoramic ocean views from the 52sq/m north facing timber deck whilst the kids and/or dogs play in the fully fenced yard. Admire the resident dolphins as they play in the waves and migrating whales from the best seat on the beach.

The views continue in the spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with 3 main bedrooms plus a huge combined bedroom/rumpus room, separate reading area with its own lounge and 2 bathrooms with separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean that lulls you to sleep. Bliss!

• Indoor dining with large table, comfy chairs + highchair (on request)
• Bed 1 = queen bed facing ocean with ceiling fan + heater
• Bed 2 = double bed with sunny outlook and ceiling fan + heater
• Bed 3 = 2 king single beds facing ocean with ceiling fan + heater
• Bed 4/Rumpus room = 2 king single beds with lounge, smart TV and ceiling fans + heater
• Bath 1 = separate shower and bath with plenty of storage

• 2 min walk to 'Food and More' for papers, takeaway and deli items
• 20 mins to Jervis Bay and Nowra
• Short drive to the famous oysters and fresh seafood at Greenwell Point, wineries, restaurants, multiple golf courses etc

Set up for the cooler months with a powerful gas heater in lounge room, plus column heaters, extra doonas and blankets in the bedrooms with the benefit of sun streaming in during the day due to our north facing position.

• No groups of people under 25 (incl schoolies), no parties or big group gatherings (incl weddings)
• A linen laundry fee of $20pp is charged for bookings above 2 people and it will appear in the booking as "additional guests" e.g. a 4 person booking will show an additional charge of $40, 6 is $80 etc
• Pet owners must pick up after their dogs as this is not the cleaners responsibility
