Perfect "Up North" Getaway for a Large Group/Family

The house was very clean and spacious enough to comfortably host our group of 8 adults. The house is located on a gorgeous lot with woods, trails and a pond in the back to explore. It's close to the Muskegon River for tubing and kayaking and near-ish to Cadillac for dinner/wine tasting. There was an issue that the owner contacted us about ahead of time and he remedied the situation well. Our group was overall pleased with our stay and would stay here again!

Country living in harmony with nature.

I had the opportunity to visit this idyllic pearl and I enjoyed every minute. Like going back in time, old fashioned style and all you need for comfort and convenience. Nice atmosphere both inside and outside. Great place for playing, hiking on the trails or bicycling on the country roads. In the neighbourhood are friendly Amish farms where eggs, veggies and delicios cakes can be bought. Fascinating to see the Amish buggies on the country roads. Small village LeRoy is close and the town Cadillac in aprox 12 miles away. Many hotspots in Nothern Michigan can be reached by car.

Like last year, 14days stay at the farm.

Enjoyed every minute. Lucky too stay ther when all the colors of the woods came. Lucky too see many different animals witch we dondt have in Norway. Meet up with good friends. Bowhunting. Good stories by the fireplays. I'l be back next year

Room to Breathe and Time to Spare

My husband and I spent a glorious week at this turn of the century farm. We found it spacious, comfortable and appointed with modern facilities. Its kitchen, elegant dining room and beautiful bedrooms gave us a sense of tranquility we hadn’t touched upon at other resorts. We enjoyed a fire pit overlooking a peaceful pond. Hummingbirds, geese and mallard ducks entertained us. The hiking trails through the back 80 acres are profoundly sublime. Those trails lead through the wilderness and into wildflower-filled meadows. We saw deer and wild turkeys. You can stop, sit on old logs and watch spiders spin their webs. In the autumn, you will see brilliant leaf changes with a blazing fireplace to accent your hot apple cider. This idyllic farm beckons your heart. It’s a place where time hovers and beauty overwhelms. It slows down your life and uplifts your spirit. Your kids will love it! At the campfire overlooking the pond, a flickering flame appears with a wisp of smoke curling into the night air. My husband I can’t begin to describe the peacefulness we shared. It is profound! This farm gives you a chance to breathe deeply and enjoy Mother Nature at her finest. Sandi Lynn

Loved the solitude of the woods, saw an eagle

Like going back in time, made me feel young again, great walks in the woods, saw many animals, and had great talks in the big room around the fire place. Very clean ,very quiet, and lots of land to wander, great trails. A great change of pace with all the amenities. We saw eagles.
