The dining table seats 7 w/ an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen island. There is an outdoor dining area w/ seating for 4 on the adjacent deck.

The lower level of the home is the master bedroom w/ a king bed, HDTV w/ cable & an ensuite bathroom w/ double vanity, jacuzzi bath & walk in shower. The second bedroom, also on the lower level, has two queen beds & access to a hallway bathroom with a single sink & shower/tub combo. The third bedroom w/ 2 sets of twin bunk beds & an HDTV is on the main level & shares access to a full hallway bathroom w/ a single sink & shower/tub combo.

There's parking spaces for 2 cars: a single car garage & 1 driveway space. Even though this is a townhome complex, there are no shared amenities such as pool or hot tubs.

Pets: 1 dog 35lbs or under allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog.
