Penthouse with Great Garden And Ocean Views!

Come and enjoy our penthouse condo in beautiful Sugar Beach Resort. Only 15 minutes from the airport, we are located outside the town of Kihei, between the ocean and Kealia Wildlife Refuge. Relax on our private lanai, enjoy views of Ma’alaea Bay, the landscaped grounds, the wildlife refuge and the West Maui Mountains. Humpback whales can be seen December thru May.

Outside worship the sun at poolside, on the beautifully landscaped lawns or even your private lanai. Take a swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub. Step out onto the beach and take a morning walk on the longest uninterrupted stretch of sand on the island of Maui.
Inside, in the living room watch our 42-inch HD TV connected to cable and internet. Here you can easily access your streaming video service accounts such as NetFlix, Hulu or Amazon Prime. The whole unit has high speed internet w/ Wi-Fi. Easily connect your Smartphone, laptop or other devices.

Other amenities include master bedroom with King Size bed and cable connected HD TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. Central air conditioning for your comfort. The living room couch folds out to queen sized bed. Take your meals either on the lanai or inside in the dining area or at the breakfast bar. 2 telephones are in the unit with free calling to the continental US and Canada.

Best location on Maui

Wonderful unit on a 3 1/2 mile sandy beach. Unit had a great view on ocean and pool. Kitchen had everything. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of extras, beach towels and chairs, snorkel, boogie boards. Conveniently located to either go north or south. 20 minutes to Costco and airport. Interior a little dated but reflected in price. Family stayed in two beachfront units ,We will return to this unit.

Great vacation!

Centrally located on the island with great views of pool and beach; the listing pics are accurate. Beach is safe for everyone to swim, unit has everything you need to vacation on the island. The owner and rental agent responded quickly and were lovely to deal with. Fantastic vacation!

Clean condo great location to visit all areas of Maui. Very convenient to airport. Please visit and support Maui businesses. Don’t forget the up country businesses, Maui Winery, Surfing Goat Dairy, Lavender Farm etc.

Beautiful and Relaxing Kihei Experience

Four ladies stayed at the Sugar Beach Resort ph06. Everything was exactly as we had hoped especially the location. We enjoyed the views from the lanai, walking the beach early in the AM, hanging at the pool, grabbing appetizers & beverages from Dina's, and the overall quietness and relaxing atmosphere. We 100% recommend this place and will definitely plan to come back!

It is always clean and equipped with everything we need. You can see the pool and the beach and hear the waves from the balcony. We are looking forward to our next visit soon.

You definitely get what you pay for

Overall it was an okay place to stay. The beach access was nice. The bed was very uncomfortable, we also did not like having the dryer vent into the shower in the bathroom. The sex toy in the dresser was a nice touch.

A bit of heaven on earth

Any time in Hawai’i is the greatest but Sugar Beach Resort takes it to a whole new level. With the shore steps away, the waves can put you to sleeep, you can hear the whales flapping their flukes. The property is immaculately maintained, the pool and hot tub are wonderful. We are going back.

Wonderful stay!

I’ve stayed at the Sugar Beach Resort a few times now, this unit was my favorite. Equipped with ample supplies for a week-long stay, everything clean, comfortable bed, and loved the shower! (hard to find good water pressure in rentals). Beautiful view, had coffee on the lanai every morning while watching the waves and sunrise. We arrived late and had no issues getting into the unit. Steve was always available to communicate with when needed, and the on-site contact, Becky, checked in as well to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend the property as well, in a great location that makes it easy to get to other parts of the island. Love walking along the long stretch of beach every morning, and the Sugar Beach Bake Shop, Ululani’s Shave Ice, and the farmers market are just a short walk away. And the little Sand Witch shop on the property has great food and drinks. The staff and guests are always very respectful, we love staying here. Thanks Steve and Shirley for sharing your lovely vacation home!

Awesome vacation in Maui!

Words cannot express how wonderful this property is. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. I would be happy doing nothing but sitting there all day and looking out at the ocean and waiting for the incredible Sunset every night. The property was very clean and well stocked with boogie boards and beach chairs. Essentially everything someone would need to have the best vacation of their life. We cannot wait to come back and we would not stay anywhere else.

Awesome setting and location!

We really enjoyed being away from the bustle of central Kihei. The fantastic views of the ocean from our suite were the clincher for us! And the property grounds were so well cared for, with staff outside cleaning the pool area and gardens every day. It made it such a beautiful space to spend time. We also loved being able to step out onto beautiful Sugar Beach any time we wanted without the effort of packing up a lot of stuff and driving somewhere where there would be tons of people to deal with. It was a perfect vacation setting! Our host Steven was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The suite was well supplied with all we needed and more!

Beautiful location on unspoiled beach

Miles of sandy beach for walking or just relaxing on the lovely garden lawns. Apartment with ocean view is very clean with great amenities and good wifi. The complex is conveniently located close to great activities like the Aquarium, Iao Valley hiking, Lahaina cruising, Molokini snorkeling tours and the trek to the top of Haleakala. The trade winds do pick up in the afternoon, sometimes challenging. The pool, spa and barbeques are pleasant and the entire property is well kept.

Great location and value

The condo is very well stocked. Perhaps more than necessary as there isn't a lot of room to put away your food. But they also have a cooler, folding chairs, water toys, etc. And yes, it hasn't been updated, but it is clean and everything works so it is a great value. Definitely recommend.
