DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES:
-If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house.
-This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA doesn’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions.

-NO Random invites without prior permission.
-NO Throwing party or Parties.
-NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave.
-No hanging out outside the front door
-Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me.
-NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door.
-NO Pets without prior permission.
-upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list.
-If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit.
-Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out.
-Missing garage door remote.
-Late Checkout without prior approval.
-Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission.
-We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest.
-Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters.
-Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes.

500k condo in heart of Downtown,3 story condo with 3 beds-3.5 baths
Washington Avenue corridor. the nightlife of Houston & close to everything.
First floor: One Bedroom and Bath with 1Queen bed and Laundry area.
second floor: Living space with sofas, TV & kitchen area. One of the sofas is a sleeper sofa and we have 2 single rollaway beds available.
Third Floor- Second Master bedroom w/ 1 Queen bed and 2 Rollaway beds if needed and the same floor has the 3rd Bedroom with 1 Full bed and one bunk bed.
2 car attached garage. This property has outdoor security cameras for your protection.

Good solid stay

The property and location were excellent. It was a very safe neighborhood. Check-in process was a bit bumpy although the manager/owner responded very quickly. Some of the finishes needed updating.

Very nice property: great location, convenient to major roads but quiet street, excellent living/kitchen area and large bed/bath rooms. Clean throughout, well-stocked basic kitchen needs and coffee. Street parking available at/near property.

National Championship Trip

The condo was outstanding. Check in process was rough. Instructions arent available until check-in time. Finding address is also a challenge because the street number aligns with another condo building that is extrememly close. Other than that loved the property.

Nice condo in great location

We had a 45 day stay here and the condo was great. Lots of space, all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. We cooked in and on the grill many times which was relaxing. The parking is a problem if you have guests over (we didn't bec of that). The garage is a 2 car, but with trash cans and the grill and our golf equipment, it was only possible to park one car inside.

Nice property

Needs minor touches ( I.e. soap shampoo in bathrooms, coffee filters, chairs at kitchen counter), by the way - lounge chair was broken . Small appointments for s nice plan snd location

Very spacious

The house is very spacious and can accommodate a lot of people if needed. The location is great, about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Houston, and walking distance to coffee shops and food places. Highly recommend if you are interested in staying outside of the city, but close enough where it is only a quick drive away.

There are some updates that need to be addressed The mattresses to many uneven steps I actually fail and broke my foot in garage on uneven concrete

Nice condo just needs some repairs

We were sent check-in information the morning of our check-in. When we arrived, the condo was clean and there were plenty of towels, sheets/blankets, and the air was nice and cool. The oven did not work, so I immediately messaged the property manager and was told that he would contact maintenance. I was never updated on this and the oven issue did not get resolved. I had to throw away several hundred dollars worth of food that I bought to cook in the oven, and then go out and purchase a catered meal. Several of the wall outlets did not work. There was not even enough hot water for 2 showers back-to-back. I reached out about the issues and it was not resolved. I would not stay here again or stay in another property owned by this person.
