About this property

2Bed/2Bath Absolute Oceanfront Condo

Located on the popular Alii Drive, our True Oceanfront condominium looks out to Kailua Bay and beyond. From the Lanai, you can watch cruise ships tender their passengers to Kailua Pier, plus other harbor activities like parasailing. Watch the whales, dolphins and the night lights of Kailua-Kona from the lanai.

Please note that Sea Village is Smoke Free, No Smoking is permitted anywhere on the property or in the unit or on the lanai and is strictly enforced.

Unit 4213 is right on the ocean, in building 4 and on the second floor. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, range, microwave/hood fan and washer/dryer. Sea Village has wireless internet available to all users at no additional charge. The master bedroom with the ensuite has a king size bed while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a tv in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

The complex has an Oceanfront swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. There is also spacious rolling lawns with picnic tables and gas BBQ'S. The Green Flash Coffee Shop is right out front of the complex serving the famous Kona Coffee, breakfast and ice cream!

From this spectacular condo you can walk to beaches and the historic Kailua-Kona village town about 1 mile away with it's great luau's, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants and bars, dancing, water sports, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding and deep sea fishing....just about every water sport you can think of. Plus there are many fabulous golf courses in and around the Kona area.

The unit does not have air conditioning but has ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Check In time is 4pm, Check Out is 10am, late check out or early check in is not available to give cleaners time for the next guests. Only minimum amenities supplied to get you started, ie soap, toilet paper etc.

Amazing space for vacation

Loved this place! We were right on the water so we fell asleep every night to the sound of ocean waves! Everything was very clean and well kept. Loved the amenities and having a coffee shop right on the property! Walking many places was a breeze. Only thing I would change is that the hallway shower had very low water pressure. If you want a very soft mattress-book here! Definitely would stay here again.

Stunning View, Amazing Property

What an amazing room and view! You are literally on top of the ocean! We always book oceanfront, and this was probably the BEST oceanfront we have ever stayed in! The room was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This is about our 8th time to the BI and we hit it during a week that the swells were HUGE! What fun it was to be in an oceanfront to see them firsthand. I would recommend this room to everyone, and we hope we get the opportunity to stay there again! Thanks for an amazing place!

Ocean Front

Just how it was described and reviewed by past visitors. The ocean gave us a show our final day with high surf and big waves. Very dramatic. Loved it. We hope to visit again soon.

OMG View

This property is feet from the water with views of the town, people kayaking/canoeing, and morning dolphins and fish saying hello. We have already reserved this unit for three weeks next year.

This property was just as listed. Plenty of space- amazing lanai! Owner answered all our questions in a very timely manner and was very accommodating for what ifs at the location. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Village! We were able to see coral fish at the shore off the balcony, dolphins playing further out, gorgeous sunsets and peaceful waters for as far as the eye can see. Thank you for sharing your home!

Fabulous location

This condo is right on the shore with no other building blocking the view. Spectacular. The condo is well furnished and has a great floor plan. It could have been cleaner. It would be awesome for people who stay out late and sleep late in the morning because the heat and humidity make the afternoon and evening pretty uncomfortable for those of us who have normal bedtimes.

It is a short drive to many beaches and town shops. It’s a long walk to these places. Right on the ocean. The sound of waves was great and the sunsets were perfect on the lanai.

Perfect spot to set up shop while exploring the area, just wish we’d been able to score it for the whole week! Amazing ocean view, simple set up, great location and mostly quiet (neighbours from next door complex - not sea village, did not keep the same quiet hours). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

What a treat to be perched out over the ocean as this spot was. We slept beautifully and the whole experience was just as comfortable as can be. So close to all of the fun of the village nearby and so wonderful to hear the ocean right under your feet. Lovely!

The view is incredible, fantastic sunsets. Green Flash Coffee next door is a nice perk. About a 20 minute walk downtown. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

We loved having breakfast on the lanai and how relaxing this place is. Quick drive into town for meals or shopping. The cable TV was not working while we were there and we had Tyler (property manager) and spectrum come in twice to work on it. With their efforts, we were able to get internet and could watch Netflix. We also were on the island while Kileaua was erupting, this was awesome to see (especially at night). Thank you for a great place to stay - God bless.

We enjoy the weather, beaches and the many other activities on the Big Island which make it so relaxing and we really enjoy the Aloha Spirit!

Why they chose this property

Sea Village is great in that you are in walking distance of downtown Kona. This makes you very close to shops and restaurants, it is a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk. You are also only 2 miles from Magic Sands Beach. Many public access beachs are along Alii Drive. The condo is very handy to the airport and many other activities on the Big Island.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is right on the ocean, the view is spectacular ! The lanai is fairly private compared to many of the other units. The crashing of the waves is a beautiful sound to wake up to in the morning. The unit has two bedrooms and bathrooms.
